It was way fast experience. Nice to be able to drop it off and pick it up in 2hrs. People were nice & enjoyed the social distancing that was going on at this location since I’m 7month pregnant. Great location would come back and recommend to others.

Appreciate all the help Jake provided. Never a good time for your car to break down ... then throw in over a holiday weekend. Jake was reassuring ... wound up getting me a loaner ... even though none were originally available. Was easy to work with ... patient with all my questions.

I have only had two annual services since purchasing my Santa Fe in July 2019. Oil changes and one tire rotation. I have very low mileage on my vehicle. The service has been great both times. The staff/service crew have been polite and professional. I have felt welcomed each time I have gone in.

The staff was very professional. Jakob R. was very patient with me, he explained all of the services that were being performed on my "baby blue". I had an issue with the steering wheel vibrating that the tech could not duplicate; Jakob found the problem and it was corrected. I appreciate that he took the time to address it and didn't right me off! I have been dealing with this particular dealership for 15+ years and have always been well cared for. They provided a Loaner car to me for the 3 weeks my car was being serviced, I REALLY appreciated not being stranded!

I took my 2019 Santa Fe sport turbo into Eckert Hyundai for a shifting problem. I'd bought the car new a year ago and lately noticed the issue which if it were a standard transmission, felt like popping the clutch, strange for an automatic. Service Manager Don Wheeler wasted no time in helping me, trying first to fix the issue via the software. When this didn't remedy the situation, he determined that replacement of the transmission was in order. Don had service tech Jacob take the ball from there. While it took a little longer than originally anticipated once the replacement transmission arrived (other parts were needed and on backorder), the car now shifts as smoothly and unnoticeably as the Kona loaner I was given. Thanks again guys for resolving this issue!

Great Job and Super Fast!
Was driving home Monday and my engine made a weird noise and the check engine light came on. Made an appoint and my wife brought it in first thing in the morning. The wiring harness for the engine had a defect or recall...something along those lines. It needed to be replaced. I saw similar instances online and some people said 37 days later their car was still in the shop. Not here. My wife was there for an hour and a half and it was done! Car isn't having any issues and I'd again, thanks for the help Eckert! Appreciate the great job and quick service.

Genuinely cared of my issue
This was a defect of the 2016 Tucson, I had brought it in 3 times & it couldn’t be corrected, so Hyundai put a new transmission in, so far so good.
