Great SErvice
My vehicle is 2007 Santa Fe and has not seen any technicians other than those at Earnhardt. This group is knowledgeable and has repaired all the issues I have had from replacing a battery to other major work. The Service Technicians and Service Manager, Jason Coburn and Mike Southern, are the best to work with. I cannot say enough good things about these individuals or the dealership.

I thought I wouldn't return. Best this time made me want to come back.
After my last experience with Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale, I thought I wouldn't return. I was actually looking at going to Cottonwood AZ, to get my service done. But we have to go to Scottsdale to pick up some stuff so I decided to give them another shot. I was shocked at how well Josh treated me. Professional, easy to work with, heard my every command, and answered all my questions. Not to mention my oil change took less than 30 minutes. I got my military discount, and the sticker was in my window as I left. Everyone I worked with did an outstanding job! I will continue to go to Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale as long as I'm treated like this.

Great communication from Service department
Jason helped me throughout my entire experience getting my car serviced recently. He spent time understanding what was wrong with my car, then followed up with me regarding costs and work scope, and finally let me know when work was completed. I felt “in the know” the entire time and appreciated his efforts to communicate!

We have been using Earnhardt for decades and have always been overwhelmingly pleased with the service and treatment we've received from them. We dealt with another dealer for our Dodge Truck and were very displeased. May just trade it in for a Hyundai, who knows!

Disappointed no loan cars available. And then no shuttle driver to pick me up 1 mile away

I worked with Jason who checked me in; confirmed there were no recalls and had me seated in the customer waiting area within minutes of arriving. The car also received a full inspection and was returned completed in less than an hour. Customer lounge was spacious and well stocked with coffee tea and water.
