We were left waited at the waiting area and service people passed by many times & our faces had a BIG ? looked but no one care enough to ask us can I help or is everything ok?
I been to your dealer for services many times before, never had any problem until this time. If you ask my wife if she would come back? She maybe say no because she missed 2 appointments with her clients (She run a small business). If you ask me the same question. I will say yes I would come back because I am a big believer to give people a second chance.

I have always received prompt and courteous service at Puente Hills Hyundai. We have an Elantra and a Sonata. The technicians are excellent and I have never had a problem with getting the correct work done as I have had at previous agencies. Always friendly, try to get maintenance done in timely manner, but update me with any changes along the way, I like that.
My mom used to work for Hyundai many years ago, for many years in corporate, one of the best experiences of her life. Seeing her happy, made me happy. Before she passed away from lung cancer in 2016, one of her wishes was to know that I was taken care of in a safe & dependable car, so she helped me build, find, & buy my perfect car. So EVERY time I'm at the dealer (& I go back to the same one EVERY time, PH Hyundai), I think of her, & feel I have her with me, & that makes me feel at peace.

Varies from one service writer to another
If you get the right service writer and have a good working relationship with him/her, you will have a good experience. The problem is some service writers try to add extras that result in a much higher cost to you. For example, a simple oil change can be expensive if you add the additives the service writer recommends. However, the Hyundai District Office told us the additives are not necessary today because of the quality of oil used that already have the additives in it.

The customer service was fantastic when I told them that I was going to go to the mall they actually asked me if I wanted a ride I didn't know that was about 25 minutes away walking the service was fast and effective he called to let me know before it was done unlike the other location I used to go to where they would actually forget to call me
