Why 4 stars...
The service is fine, they do what they are paid to and I always appreciate the free car wash. My 4 star rating is merely for the fact that this location doesn't have more experienced repair staff in on the weekends and they are no longer open on Sundays...so for my repair, I dropped the car off early on Saturday morning (because driving it more would have worsened the issue), it was looked at first thing Monday morning and it was completed Tuesday afternoon...and I think the 36 hours from when the repair started until it was completed was totally reasonable. Had there been an experienced repair person there on the weekend, maybe I could have had my car back before the workweek began.

Waited too long
I wait 4 also 5 hours (7:30am-11:45am) on Saturday to get my front breaks replaced. I was barely informed on the status of my car, hours later I was told they were finally working on my car another hour goes by no current update, I had to find the sells rep to ask how much longer it would be he told 15-20 min when in reality it 30-45 min. Once my car was done he told me the only had 2 people working on breaks on saturdays.

Car cut off
This service was because my 2 yr old Santa Fe cut off around the corner from the shop on the off ramp from the highway, coming from another Hyundai dealership. So once I got it started again, I made my way to here. Sean who helped me said he’d do what he can to find the problem. After having my car for 6 days, Sean told me they still couldn’t find what was going on. I described what I was doing, how I was driving, and that the problem of hesitation has been a problem almost since I got the car but no Hyundai dealership has found what it was. The shop supervisor even drove it home and back, still unable to find the issue. But Sean was as sweet as the last time he was my advisor, he was very apologetic not being able to find the cause. I’ll still bring the car back for other services.
