My experience was great. The service employees took and evaluated my Tucson immediately. I learned a new door assembly was needed. In about ten days I had a replacement. I could again push the button to enter my car. Thanks for speedy and professional experience.

Honest, fair service
One of few dealers that is honest and fair in dealing with repairs. They will tell you when something is NOT required rather than trying to run up the price with unnecessary repairs. Staff is friendly and always courteous and keeps you up to date on what's happening to your vehicle. Refreshing! I do think the dealership could be updated (renovated?) since it feels old and a bit dated.

My drivers window regulator breaks in the middle of a hurricane on its way. The kind folks at Hyundai understood my distress, fit me in that day, shuttled me home and back while my window was being repaired, and above and beyond as far as service and compassion. I will never go anywhere else for a car repair. They are hands down the best in St. Augustine.

Found missing placards
I had some warranty work done, and an overall checkup. They recommended replace the cabin air filter. I know they actually checked the current cabin filter because they found our missing handicap placards. They had fallen behind the glove box, and we had no idea they were there.
