We have always had great service a few months ago we had a small kitten stuck in the grill of the car and each and every one of the service people especially Jeannie went out of there way to get this little one out in one piece he didn't like all of us because he was afraid but all was well we had dropped him off at the vet and he was one happy kitty.

I greatly appreciated my service advisor, Tunde O'Connor, had a loaner ready for me when I arrived and left my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for it's 60,000 mile service. She went over my previous records and didn't have anything extra done that was previously done. I was able to run my Christmas errands and my vehicle was ready for pickup that afternoon.

Ok service
Took car in for oil change. Told I needed a new battery, wipers, ect. I went ahead with those items. I was told I needed an emissions service. I said no at this time. However, when sitting at a light, I noticed the idling was not right. I called Hyundai, had to return for service. A loaner car was offered. Nothing was found to be wrong with the idle, however, they once again said car should have an emissions service. I said go ahead. Car running well now.

We were traveling from Virginia to Florida when the starter burned up. This happened on a weekend and had car towed to this dealer. They were able to fix the problem and coy not have been more gracious. Definitely impressed with all staff we worked with.
