Matt in the service department is very courteous and professional. He kept me thoroughly informed about what was needed for my car. He broke everything down even the cost. His insight was appreciated and beneficial. He is my go to person I rely on because of his honesty. I feel confident and assured when he assists my needs in getting my car serviced. it’s Clean and has coffee and TV to watch while you wait.
Matt Austin did not have any idea about my vehicle history and I told him that I had just had two tire sensors changed in March 2020. He came in the waiting area after he said the car had been checked and said all four tire sensors needed to be changed. I told him again that the front two sensors had already been changed in March of 2020. He went out and came back with an apology and said only the rear needed to be changed.

Mr. Greenough

Hyundai has not supplied the dealers with the parts to perform the recall juts yet. Currently there is no remedy for the 195 on your vehicle as we stated. This is not a dealership issue but a manufacture issue. The survey is a direct reflection of the dealership at time of visit. I hope you can re score us with a five star , seeing how the issue is not with the dealership.The manufacturer sends correspondence to the customer in regards to any and all re calls as soon as possible whether or not the dealership has parts or not.

Second time I have reviewed and nobody bothered to call me. I have been underwhelmed by the service and especially the cost or need for fuel injector cleaning. At 26K miles, it is a highly excessive
