The service and the staff were great. Matthew Austin was my service advisor. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He made me feel comfortable with every decision I had to make on the service of my car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Good timing and inspecting
I brought my car for an oil change and during the multipoint inspection, they managed to discover some other parts of my car that needed some attention. Looking at the receipts from the previous visits, I understood that these services had to be done. It only took about an hour and a half for them to perform these works.

I have a 2020 Santa Fe and scheduled my first service at Tameron. I was easy checking in, everything was explained clearly. I waited while they serviced my Santa Fe. It was ready in just over 30 minutes. I brought a book and the time passed quickly. They did have some Chick-fil-a breakfast item. It was nice.

I made the appt. with a very nice lady, immediately received an email confirmation, next day I arrived early for my appt, but they got started right away. Service guy showed me where to wait. They explained what they did to my vehicle, just a nice experience from start to finish. I wish I lived closer, this would be my go to place.
