I have been a Hyundai owner for over 20 years. The dealers have always been kind to me.
I have had service at several different Hyundai service departments. All of them have given me top-notch service and great hospitality. Puente Hills is an outstanding location and their staff is outstanding.

Great Work
I came in for a problem with my front passenger side door. Further work needs to be done because a part needs to be ordered. But, I did get a wheel alignment done at a special discount. Everything was done by noon.
I still need to be contacted when the part comes in, but I don't anticipate any problems with the service.

Love my Hyundai
I have had nothing but positive experiences with each Hyundai visit. I’ve moved a few times and each location provides great service and makes me happy to be a Hyundai customer. We’ve had terrible experiences with certain luxury brand dealers and service, so Hyundai’s service and warranty keeps us coming back.

Not good
Service report states that tires are charged up to factory spec. This is not true. I do not have any report for my vehicle, i do not know if that’s is true or not since my tires are not charged up and it states it has been charged.

I am soory to hear that.  Sounds like we did not explained good enough for you to understand.  Factory warranty does not have deductibles but most of extended warranty does.  It should be on your contract.  We will print out and give you a copy next time you come.  Thank you for taking your time and fill out the survey.
