Overdue service and needed and air conditioning issues.
Brought in for overdue service. Ricardo got me in the next day after calling, was heading on a road trip and needed it serviced asap. Air conditioning also wasn't working properly. Compressor had to be replaced under warranty. excellent service as always from Ricardo. He always takes great care of me.

It's nice to know that when you drive a long way to patronize the dealership that sold you a car, even though other options are nearer, you'll get the service you requested and/or need without being sold any other services that you do not need. Ricardo Garcia has always been my go-to guy when scheduling service. Sure, I only went in for an oil change this time but Ricardo got me in on short notice, he was there when I drove up and I was out the door at the time, or before, he had promised. Thanks for doing a great job!

Best Service Dept. In Arizona.
Ricardo is my Service Advisor and the most honest and trustworthy individual I have ever met in a Car dealership. The other Hyundai dealers except the Earnhardt Hyundai in the East Valley and N. Scottsdale pale in comparison.
When was the last time you left a Service Dept. with a smile? If you need service, see Ricardo and if you are looking to purchase a new Hyundai vehicle, see Tony Femiano. Earnhardt N. Scottsdale is the real deal.

Great service at reasonable cost.
We needed new brakes and tires at 60,000 miles on our Sonata and everyone at Earnhardt Hyundai was excellent in diagnosing the problem, giving a comprehensive estimate, scheduling the work, providing a loaner, and giving us back a safe and clean car.
