Great prices on tires, alignment - were even LESS money then the new MAVIS Tire place for the EXACT same tire.

A pleasure to deal with Giambalvo Hyundai
Because the staff are courteous, professional, and efficient, I return to Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover since 2013 for inspections, recalls, and maintenance work. The mechanics always do the work assigned to my car in a timely manner and I have never had any reason to be dissatisfied with my car's service. I appreciate their honesty and dependability and have never felt pressured to add an additional service that I deemed unnecessary at the time. It is a pleasure to know you are looked out for at this dealership.

Coming back
A few months ago I had a disappointing experience with Hyundai service department. I felt almost betrayed since I have been a very loyal customer for years. The work on my vehicle has never been anything other than exceptional, but the service was lacking. I wound up reaching out to them again, (again because of the quality of work) giving them the benefit of the doubt and to say the delivered is an understatement. They went above and beyond to honor things I was previously couldn’t be and made me feel heard. I felt like a valued customer and not just another credit card. I am so happy to have gone back.

Quick Turnaround.
I was very pleased that my vehicle was repaired in less than 24 hours. After I had the Sonata towed to the dealership late on Thursday afternoon, I was very pleased that the electrical issue (mice chewing through wires) was corrected swiftly with a nominal cost. In less than 24 hours, I was driving the vehicle home very pleased with the service department.
