Super friendly and caring Dealership
This is my second trip for routine maintenance. The staff are super friendly and don't try to up sell you on repairs and parts you don't need. They attend to your needs and answer questions. A nice and quiet waiting room with wi-fi is available with snack machines and coffee too. Makes waiting for your vehicle comfortable.
Eckert Hyundai in Denton will be recommended by me to others for sure.

Almost got it right
My first oil change appointment that was made about a month ahead of time, included telling them that I also needed the tinting redone on the front passenger window because it was coming off. When I took the car in for the appointment, I had four things on the list for them to do and advised the person that checked me in. I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes when I was advised that the person that does the window tinting was not available that day and they would need to put me in a loaner car. This was a Friday, and the tinting person was not available until Monday, so I had the loaner car for the whole weekend. It worked out OK, but I was disappointed that something I had told them about a month earlier when I made the appointment was not accommodated for on the day I was coming in.

Great Service!
I had my Hyundai brought to the Eckert service department when I had no idea what was wrong with my car. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and took great care of me and my Tucson! I would recommend them to anyone and it helped solidify my decision to purchase a second Hyundai.
