This place wouldn't be my first choice
When I dropped my car off overnight, the secretary was very rude. All I wanted to know if my car was safe. And she made it known I was getting on her nerves. Also they claimed they washed my car. But when I got it, it was filthy. What exactly did I pay for?

Grear for sales not so great in service dept
I didn't like customer service. The nice went away when I wouldn't let them do extra to my car. 200 to flush brake fluid really . I just replaced my filter swore they we had took to my mechanic they were fine. I don't like to be fleeced. Changed part on my stering column left message on my sheet that no one would explain. I guess cause I'm a lady I wouldn't get it. Car was suppose to be clean wasn't said machine broke but all the other cars were clean but mine...wont be back for service I can get treated poorly by my house.

Coupons
First time owning a Hyundai, my other car dealerships have always issued coupons to offset service cost. I have been receiving coupon books for 12 years. Have owned my car for a month and nothing offered yet.

Good Service but could use some work on customer loyalty
Service was great but my service representative would not honor a competing Hyundai coupon. I will use the services at the Bowie location from now on because they provide great sales/promotions for loyal customers.

Robotic Response from Service Manager
I really don't think customer service is a priority. As requested by his response to my first review, I called Mr. Benack two weeks ago, he was not available and I left a message. No call back to date. I love my 2015 Sonata and I would prefer to deal with the dealer for repairs, oil changes, etc.. but I think I'm going to find another service provided.

6 am Appointment Fail
Overall work preformed was ok. But no technician there at my appointment time of 6am. It should not take two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I am the first person at the shop.

Service starting to decline
The actual service team is not as skilled as before. They miss or forget things and are not doing the full point check after each service.I'm hoping this is not something that wI'll continue or I will be getting my vehicle serviced someplace else.

Not Happy with the Service Dept
In my opinion the service center in Capitol Heights creates issues. Twice I have brought my vehicle in to replace one light bulb and they charge me for multiple bulbs that were not blown when I brought the car in. What happened on the service floor to cause 2-6 other bulbs to blow? No one can seem to answer that question. Next time I'll take my car to Pep Boys.

I normally go to Fitzgerald Hyundai but sense I was in the area I wanted to get an oil change done before a road trip. It took awhile before I was seen although I had an appointment. It was not as friendly as the dealership I am use to. Once my car was done, I saw that who ever worked on my car bent the plate in front in half and did not bother to fix it. I will not be returning.
