I always feel my service at St. Augustine is the best that I had for any car that that BELONGED TO ME.
The service center at Saint Augustine makes me feel that I have my own personal auto repair person and he is a friend that is personally taking care of me. I trust him with my car, and its a great feeling that I have in him.

The service department is the slowest that I've experienced.
I take all my vehicles to their respective dealership. This is my second visit to this service department in St. Augustine. The service department is the slowest that I've experienced. I was there for almost two-hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for only the outside of the car to be washed, leaving the inside untouched, informing the service representative that my wife had surgery and I was concerned about germs. I was informed that this was not possible because the service personnel that wash the vehicles are not used to only washing the outside of the vehicle; my only option was to opt out of the wash completely. Not sure why the service manager couldn't walk over to the washers and tell them not to clean the inside of the vehicle. The customer does not come first at this dealership.

Car wash not great.
Everything is great except the complimentary car wash. Other dealerships that I have been to it came out exceptional. This is the second time that I came home and had to go over several spots they missed. And they were noticeable spots. I guess you get what you pay for........

Always exceptional service
From the moment you pull in with your car for service you are greeted by friendly & helpful staff. My mechanic always seems to find the issue that I am hearing or dealing with so I don't leave feeling like it's been unresolved. Dave the courtesy driver is just wonderful! And then you get to end experience with get another friendly encounter with the cashier. Tundy is my service advisor but every one of them are outstanding and and they're ready to help.
