Warranty service
Hyundai honored its manufacturer's warranty and replaced all the parts and provided the labor and even a rental car at no cost at all.
The dealership's customer advisor was very friendly , knowledgeable and hard working and saved no effort to deliver a great service.
We were very satisfied with Hyundai of Saint Augustine and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody. Thank you for the great job.

My only vomplaint
It's not the first time I have had an oil change or tires rotated etc. General maintenance and my only vomplaint because I do not sit and wait for the car do I request a call upon completion which I do not receive! I wait a couple of hours and call there and yesy car is done. So why don't I get a phone ?

We have used other Hyundai dealerships for service but always felt like number. So I decided to try some place new, the Hyundai of St. Augustine is not close to our home but felt we may have better luck. From the very start until the end it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tunde O'Connor, she kept me informed through out the whole process. She gave a me a complete run down of my vehicle and had my issues diagnose properly and let me know right away what was involved and what the cost was going to be. So here's the bonus, I was so impressed that I brought my Chevy vehicle there for a few issues. She was able to fix one of the issues however felt that the other issues where more suited for the Chevrolet dealership. Tunde offered to take my Tahoe down the street to the Chevy dealership on her lunch break, now that is above an beyond. You do not get service like that now days. I will forever be a client of Tunde O'Connor.
