Hunter said he scheduled his appointment a week out, he would bring his vehicle there and they did the inspection, but they are changing owners and didnt have time to fix his issue. He wasnt charged but it was inconvenient.
I had a serpentine belt break on my way home from work, alternator stopped charging and power steering and AC quit. Made a quick call to the 13th ave team and headed their way. I made it to the shop just minutes before they closed and as my car was about to quit. They called me by noon the next day, they already had it fixed.
Had to have my car serviced for the 150,000 miles. I needed to have my front differential serviced. Oil drained. They informed there was not drain plug to change the oil. They topped it off.
Harvey said the business and staff were polite. He did have a detailed list of issues needing checked. He said there might have been a misunderstanding because he asked them to check the brakes because someone else had told him they needed replaced. He was still very pleased overall after just the oil change was the only thing done. He will go back there again, he was very impressed.
I first game here about 7 years ago because I had some coupons. Now it's the only place I go. These guys are great. Completely honest too. I just can't be more grateful to have a trusted vehicle shop when I need it.
Sarah said she had asked them to do a full diagnostic, they had the vehicle for maybe 20 minutes, and that is not long enough. They didnt perform everything she wanted them to do.

Every time I've gone to these guys has been terrific. Not only do they provide a lot of great services but they'll talk to you about what was done, how they fixed it, and what to look out for in the future. Any time someone asks for a good shop, these guys are definitely at the top.
