Dependable, economical truockj.

I use this vehicle to tow a 22 foot fishing boat that when fully loaded with fuel, fresh water and equipment weighs on the order of two and one half tons. While most of the towing is on level ground (Florida) it is necessary to cross water ways on relatively steep bridges. The truck handles this with no problem. Fuel efficiency does not vary significantly between towing and non towing operation, I'm fully satisfied with the vehicle.

2004 F250

2004 Ford F250 Super Duty. Looked for a year to find a heavy duty in my price range. Truck is a 4 door extended cab which I like. Being an XL I miss some of the comforts that come with XLTs and above. Suspension through me as a big sacrifice. Solid front axle and leaf springs make it ride rough at times.

190,000 miles and runs like a clock

Have serviced it religiously. Have had no major repairs runs and looks like much newer vehicle. Very reliable

I LOVE this truck!

Ford haters beware! I was once a Chevy girl! I purchased this truck slightly used with low mileage and have subsequently put it through the ringer. I've put over 100,000 miles on it hauling horses and kids to shows and festivals. I'm HARD on this truck! It is aesthetically pleasing, a comfortable ride, and affordable to maintain. I've never had to do any work on it that wasn't a part of regular maintenance.

I have been very happy with this truck. I just passed 300,000 miles and have owned it for over 10 years. I have had very few repairs.

My Baby

I have owned several pickups over the years mostly F-150's. This truck is by far my favorite. I've had several offers but none so far would even make me think of parting with my (BABY)!

My Ford review

I really cannot find to much fault with my truck. Bought the 2004 F150 Lariat in 2005 with 52000 miles. While the spark plug replacement at 115000 miles was expensive I did get a partial reimbursement from Ford Motors. had to replace the entire timing chain assembly on the front of the engine because the chain guide tensioners broke! Guess the plastic they used to save a few cents did not stand up to normal operating conditions. Other than that after 13 years rust is only a problem on the body lower behind the two rear doors. Very happy with my investment in comfort and reliability!

Great Truck

First truck I've ever owned, had it for 2 1/2 years. Does everything I ask of it - towing, hauling, moving, getting me back and forth to work. A trailer with a mini excavator has been the only thing I towed where I noticed the truck had to work and break a bit of a sweat. Thankfully I only towed it about 15 miles tops. The 4 wheel drive really impressed me in the snow! And I considered myself pretty good without it. It'll never win any fuel economy trophies (not even coasting downhill in neutral with a backwind), but then again that's not why I bought it.

Older, but like New

The vehicle has 4 wheel drive, an extended cab and all the basics we need. We were looking for something for farm use and for hauling grandkids. It was the perfect choice for us and our salesman was very helpful with explaining things and giving details about the previous owners, and CARFAX report. It was a pleasant experience and we are looking forward to having it for years to come.

Greatest truck I ever had

I bought my F150 new in 2004. It has never given me a moment's trouble and I couldn't be happier with it. I've always had Fords and always had trucks. It has performed at whatever i ask of it - just like you'd expect from a Ford.

2004 Ford 150 FX4x4

Bought this Truck second hand. Truck has been very reliable and great to drive. Obviously has had some Repairs. Nothing has been major. It’s a 4x4 with a 5.4 engine very solid Truck. This Truck is very comfortable and fun to drive with 4 doors and plenty of room.
