2018 f150 XLT 65000 miles

2018 F150 XLT with 65000 miles, GPS stopped working, navigation system stopped working, cam phasers, timing chains, tensioners replaced due to faulty parts manufactured by Ford ( no help from Ford to replace or repair) transmission shifts hard between 4th and 6th. Front and rear shocks replaced at 65000 miles ( worst wear I’ve ever seen on shocks driven its entire life on the highway). Can’t believe how poorly this truck is manufactured.

Stupid roof

Nobody told me the panoramic roof would rattle and pop like a vietnamese rick shaw going down the road. F minus for this. I love everything else but that one misrepresentation about my $75,000 truck sours me on Ford altogether.

2018 F150 Raptor

I have been having issues with the IWE and the hub make a terrible grinding noise. The truck only has 30k miles on it. This is a known issue from the research I have found. The first dealership I brought it to could not duplicate the problem, it is intermittent in 2wd. Now the warranty is expired and there is no solution. I am very disappointed with Ford trucks and their lack of handling a known problem.

The F150 Raptor is best vehicle I ever owned!

The truck has exceeded my wildest expectations! I absolutely love it! If you want to drive a vehicle that gets you constant comments from other drivers then this is the truck to buy. It is like driving a sports car in a truck body and beautiful in the inside and out.

2018 F150 5.0

Overall the vehicle is good, in the first 50,000 miles the engine has a knock to it (which I guess is standard for the coyote 5.0), replaced the front wheel bearings and rear brakes, tires, and an oil pressure regulator. There is a strange knocking noise at a certain RPM that sounds like typewriter noise almost, I’ve taken it in three times for this and have been told every time that it’s normal for this vehicle apparently. It should definitely not be something that is normal, it is the one thing that annoys me about the truck, maybe this has been corrected on future vehicles.

It’s Just OK

Having electrical problems. When towing my trailer, if I stop to fill up with gas and then try to start it back up, sometimes it starts and sometimes it doesn’t. Has left me stranded twice while away from home looking for someone to jump start it. Have had everything tested two times by Ford certified techs and they can’t figure it out. It also sucks the gas when towing which I expect to use more when towing, but it guzzles the gas. Have had wheel bearings and integrated wheels ends changed as well, thank goodness for the warranty.

2018 F-150 4x4 Lariat

Bought new in October of 2017. After driving the 5.0 v-8 along with the 2.7 twin turbo I purchased the 3.5 twin turbo v-6. The engine along with the 10 speed auto has provided an average of 20.5 mpg over 52,000 miles. Truck has been on road trips both to Texas and Vermont. Extremely comfortable on 600 mile days. Handy having 4x4 in the North Carolina and Tennessee mountains.

Reliable, good mileage

Smooth ride, tires actually last as long as the manufacturer warranty, brakes last longer than any other vehicle I’ve owned. So far, only routine maintenance has been needed, after 40000 miles. Would recommend

Automatic Transmission Failure

Was excited to buy my new 2018 F150, 5 yr 100k warranty on the motor, 60k warranty on transmission and drive train. My transmission failed at 62k miles. Coincidence? Don’t believe so after doing some serious Google searching, seems to be a long term and ongoing problem with their 10 speed transmission. Won’t buy another Ford.

Love our F150!

This truck has the power & features one could ever want in a truck (unless you like the fancy tailgate on the GMC truck). We bought it especially because of the trailer back up assist. We're new to camping & backing up so the back up feature was what sold us on this truck. No regrets.

My 2018 F-150

My F-150 is the best pickup truck I have ever driven. Ford also fixes anything which is covered by its great warranty. I think in the long run the vehicle will get me more at trade in because Ford isn't stingy about living up to their warrany promises. It is a win-win situation for Ford and the consumers.

Best truck

I had many trucks before but the 2018 f150 is the best of all till now Neve had any regrets or complaints about it Nice look very good on mpg and it is very fast when I need it to be and has good towing force.

My Michigan Package F-150

I love my truck. I spend a lot of time in it. Approaching 47,000 miles. The lift allows me to see the road further and get through any weather or road condition. The seats are comfortable. Plenty of leg room in the crew cab section. Slightly disappointed that the fuel mileage is less than advertised.
