Awesome! Sporty! Efficient!

I love my Elantra. It has a cute and sporty look and is really fuel efficient. I am definitely getting my money's worth! My only concern is that there have been two repairs that had to be made on the car due to a service "recall." The term I am using is not correct but it is something that the manufacturer determined needed to be done to fix a problem that could have led to mechanical breakdowns in the car that could then lead to accidents or other serious injuries. I have also had to have three warranty repairs that were pretty major as they involved the transmission and engine systems. I think something was done on the brakes once too. Needless to say the warranty on the car (all Hyundai vehicles) is phenomenal: 5 years 60,000 miles just about bumper to bumper and then powertrain for 10 years 100,000 miles. I have not had to pay for any repairs as of yet and that is awesome for a three year old car! I have been tempted to trade in for a newer version but I just do not want to part with this car while I am still driving so much. I can say that I would have preferred the car with a manual transmission (stick). I may try a Genesis or Exodus out when I am looking for a cruising car.

Elantra Limited with factory body kit and wing tail

Very aggressive and sporty looking. Good power and tourq, but always room for more. I would probably upgrade to a Genesis for the V-6 very strong engine.

2013 Hyundia Elantra Limited

Great vehicle with built in GPS navigating system. Has great control of seat position and is amazing on gas. Also has an "active Eco" button to save on gas. The radio has nice volume. Some fall backs are that the car has some trouble accelating quickly . As in acceleration isn't as prompt as I would like. Other than that I have had no issues with this car and have driven it on road trips without difficulties. I can drive six hours straight without needing to fill up on gas.

I love the color scheme of my car, Blue with light Beige seats. Black dash. If handles very good. It has held up in appearance Performance has been great on the road (road trips) and local trips. The air condition has been great. I have an up grade in my sound system, but I get basic in a car. 4doors auto, cruise control. First time buyer of this brand. A good buy..

Love my car

I love my Elantra however the one thing that bothers me. I learned that the rear suspension isn't the greatest. I rotate my tires like their suppose to but I didn't realize that this car has to be sooner than the norm. Bought the car with new tires and am already having to buy two new ones because my tires are already worn in the rear. Was told it was because of the cars rear suspension.

2013 Hyundai Elantra

The Elantra has been a great car. We drive south a few times a year. On those trips we get 40MPG. The car runs great and is comfortable. We take the car in for the free oil changes and maintenance every 5000 miles. The service is quick and thorough every time.

Sleek but meek

This was my first new car in 26 years. Lots of adaptation. My first automatic ever (I'm 70). Probably a too many new features for this old cuss. Performs well, is economical on trips, nice sound system with my old iPod attached. Brakes are excellent, steering precise, ride is firm if a bit rough but tolerable. Keeps you awake. Vision is a problem for me as I am tall so sit back and low in seat when driving. Hard to see out back other than straight out the back. Side windows are not tall due to sleek design. Front and back windows are difficult to clean on inside. Seating is comfortable and warm in winter, a nice option. Overall happy with car and hope it is my last.

Base model

Wasn't sure if I was making the right choice when I bought this car. But it has been really good. Great on gas and drives nice. My only complaint is that it needs a rear window wiper. Always has dew on it in the morning. Plus it is terrible in snow. This year I will try snow tires.

Easy Ride

2013 Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Elantra

I love this car. I got a great deal on this vehicle that was a lease return with only 8500 miles on it. It has a lot of great options I would not have been able to afford otherwise, and I totally enjoy driving this car. I am very pleased with my choice and the warranty is also great.

Good on Gas

I am a mom of three and needed something better on gas for the frequent drop offs and pick ups! The Elantra Limited gave me just that. There is some cabin noise but the kids aren't ever quiet so I don't hear it much. The spoiler, sunroof and front and back heated seats are nice little extras. For a gas saver this car is also pretty spacious. Overall it wasn't a bad buy considering I got it used.
