Great car for the price

Don't get me wrong, I love my Elantra, there are some things that I wish that was better about it. I have always drove a bigger vehicle that weighed more than my Elantra, I just wished that the Elantra weighed a little bit more so I would feel that I have more control, or make it a little wider. I also wished that they would have offered a spare tire and not just a kit, this was not an option with my Elantra. The low profile tires are not forgiving at all on grooved payment, but you can't beat the gas mileage that I am receiving with this car. I love the sporty look of it as well. I have leather seats, they are comfortable, but it takes a little bit to break them in, but I have never had leather before, so not sure if it is normal or not. I know my next vehicle will be a Hyundai, but I think it might be a sonata, or along that line.

First Shot at breaking away from convention Honda & Volkswagen

Had my Honda for 22 years and NEVER changed the clutch (Still factory). This vehicle takes the cake in that I can trust others to drive my car without the fear of losing anything. Happy that I can still change to sport mode, and do with good results, fueling my passion to take a curve once in a while.

Love my car even after a year

I wasn't looking for a Hyundai but i fell in love with this one.. the dealership was great, the whole process was a comfortable experience. . Everytime i go in for a service or just a carwash the guys in the service department take excellent care of my car.

Great car. Sporty, good gas mileage, fun to drive. Not a powerful engine, but I'll take the gas mileage. Something to consider: It's very low to the ground. My front bumper hits the pavement on steep slopes. Should it be so low?

I don't understand this section ??

This vehicle was wrecked when an 18 wheeler crossed the medium on the interstate and came right at me. The airbags and seat belt saved my life!!!! Therefore, I purchased a 2016 Elantra from the same dealership!!

Wonderful car!

I have owned Toyotas, Hondas, Surbarus, and Volkswagans. These all have been good cars, and I have been very happy with them. This time, though, I had been reading about Hyundais and my son had purchased one about 5 years ago. The Elantra is a great car! I am very happy about it in every way. it rides well, handles very well, and gets excellent gas millage. I couldn't be happier. Except for one very small thing -- it is very difficult to keep both hands securely on the steering wheel and honk the horn. Every other car that I have owned has had some kind of thumb button that it is easy to push as one turns the wheel or just holds it steady. Particularly in heavy city traffic I miss this feature.
