Excellent little car

I love this car... I've had it for two years now and put about 30,000 miles on it without a hitch... the only thing that I would change is that the side windows seem to take forever to defrost in even moderately humid weather, and maybe a couple of air conditioning vents in the back seat for the kids. But these are fairly minor gripes. Took this little car from Baltimore, the long way to the Georgia-Alabama line, and back, this summer, and it was comfortable, safe, economical, and reliable. I have no complaints.

Outstanding

I thoroughly enjoy driving my car.It was great pick up speed,fast,easy to maneuver and excellent gas mileage. I would totally recommend it. My only complaint would to upgrade the radio/sound system.

Very economical and dependable

Very pleased with overall performance but if there was anything that could help with next vehicle, improve on those blind spots from inside the vehicle that makes it difficult when exiting any place to the oncoming traffic. And still, after two different Hyundai vehicles over the past 5-6 years, I have not been able to get used to the the inability to judge making left and right turns -- have to make wide turns in order to avoid curbs, etc.

So far so good

I have to admit I love the Elantra, but it is the first time I've had a used car so I am still skeptical until I know for sure, it's only been a few days. I did notice a few minor things that need to be addressed, but I got a CPO so I have the warranty still. I went in for service and it was handled no questions asked, so I'm happy so far. I hope nothing changes this review. I haven't had it long enough to give it 5 stars, but if nothing else happens it deserve 5.

Doors ipen automatically when in park. Could be dangerous in bad areas. Trunk randomly opens by itself on gravel driveway.but excellent in reliability

Review

This car has been dependable with no unexpected major repairs needed for 2.5 years. Good gas mileage. Only regular maintenance was needed. Car is stylish and comfortable. Only issue I have is it would definitely operate better in winter weather if it had better quality tires for better traction. A bit too much sliding when brakes are applied on slick roads.

Elantra

I purchased the car in March 2015, and since I live so close to where I work, there is only about 13,000 miles on the car. I have no complaints about the car. It’s comfortable, great on gas, and has a great sound system. I enjoy driving the car. My only regret is that it’s not equipped with Bluetooth and a back up camera. If I was a better negotiator I would probably have those items. Nevertheless, is a great car and it suits my purposes. People my family ask about the car, and I tell them to get one. They were in the car and they were amazed how quiet the car is. They asked if the car was running. Anyway, I’m happy with and would get another. Richard Tangora
