First Hyundai
My original opinion of this vehicle is okay. It gets great gas mileage and rides okay. I had a leak with the right front window seal. It was a nightmare trying to get the repair completed. Hyundai claims to have a great warranty on their vehicles, but getting them to take care of the vehicle was next to impossible. I even called Hyundai corporate office, and they were no help what so ever. The corporate office informed me that Butler Hyundai in Medford, Oregon is a privately owned business, so they have no control over how they conduct business. I would have to disagree with them on that issue. Butler Hyundai sells their product, so they really do have control over them, if they chose to take action on the complaint I filed with them. If Hyundai continues to have a relationship with a dealership that treats customers like dirt, simply because they can get away with it, then Hyundai will lose money in the long run.
