I used to work for Hyundai for two years in the service department of a dealer, so I got to see what most would consider the bad part of owning a vehicle; maintenance and repairs. I can confidently say that Hyundai's of all the brands I've worked with have been the most consistently inexpensive and easiest to keep on the road of all the brands I've worked with. From the customer side, when you compare them to an average service bill at a ford, GM, and especially Chrysler, these are easier on the wallet. On the technician side, these seem to be the least prone to the "I've never seen this before" type problems. As long as you perform the proper maintenance ON TIME, you will love these cars and should get 200k out of them no problem.
