Good car

Decent car for the money, I like the dealership. So far it's problem free. Lots of choices in this compact car size, some drive a little better, handle better, but value for money this car can't be beat....my only complaint is no memory button for drivers seat. Won't buy another car without it..

Disappointed

This is the second Elantra that we purchased. The car does not drive as good as the previous one, we already had to buy five new tires in less than two years; also it doesn’t drive as well as the previous Elantra . We will not get a new Elantra at the end of our lease

Pre-owned Certified 2017 Elantra

Purchased a preowned certified 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Peppy little care, smooth ride and enough comfortable room for additional passengers. Could have purchased a 2019 vehicle, but this one had a less than 5k miles and came fully loaded. Came with the remaining factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. Sales and finance team were great. Friendly, very knowledgeable, no pressure.

Pretty good

Will i have 34000 miles for a new 2017 all highway miles , and have kept service up to dealer and owners manual, I hope this car will take me to retirement, because we think this will be are last car seems it will work for this reason we hope so now it will be city driving i think it will work

Elantra review

I love the Elantra except for two things. There is no MP3 CD player as in my Sonata and I don’t like the fact that all the doors unlock when I put the car in park. Otherwise, it’s a great car and gets excellent gas mileage.

What A Great Car!

Everytime I drive this car I'm impressed with it's capabilities. The wonder and satisfaction just won't go away. I find myself making excuses to get in it and drive somewhere. I'm a bit of a show-off with my driving skills; always safe, but, spirited.

My Elantra great car and great to drive.

I have found that my vehicle is everything that I could ask for. The gas mileage is fantastic. It is great to be on a trip and exceed 50 mpg. A very pleasant surprise. The car is built with high quality so maintenance is easy and not expensive. It is everything I could ask for and more.

Don’t Buy One - Engine Issues

This is my 4th Hyundai, and 2nd Elantra, and I can tell you that I’ll never be buying one again. At only 2.5 years old and less than 82,000 miles, the spark plugs, valve cover gasket, fuel pump, entire engine, and engine air intake had to be replaced in that order to fix a sever misfiring issue that my car experienced due to low compression in one of the cylinders that caused the entire car to shudder violently at all times while driving. One would have thought that a full engine replacement would have solved the issue, but the 2nd engine began misfiring in less than 24 hours from replacement. Even though my car is running ok-ish now, I still don’t trust it, and don’t feel I ever will after the 2+ months it took to solve the issue. I don’t know that I’ll ever be buying another Elantra, or even another Hyundai for that matter after my experience of having to deal with this issue.

Hyundai Elantra 2017

Good vehicle for all but braking system needs work. The Hyundai Elantra 2017 has been a good car. I have had up to 53 miles to the gallon on the highway. The sound system is adequate but could be improved with better speakers.

I love my Elantra!

I have driven Hyundai vehicles since 2003! And I will keep driving Hyundai vehicles! It is extremely comfortable to sit in and everything is ergonomically a perfect fit for me! My gas mileage is around 34 mpg!

Great Lines - Good Handling - Hope it is as Dependable as my 2005 Elantra

My first Hyundai purchased in 2005 was used w/ 1000 miles on it, went 280K miles. The most reliable, durable and affordable car I have ever owned. It got CEL @ 12 years. The clutch lasted 220K. I replaced the timing belt as one should do. I replaced the transaxles (probably didn't need to). Anyway, could not have been happier, so I got another. WIsh I could have gotten the manual in the top of the line model with natural aspiration, I decided to gamble w/ the Turbo. Turbo lag, is turbo lag, but when spooled...she's fun. Great suspension, averaging 35 MPG on a car w/ 200+ HP. I drive 50 miles to and from work (every day I take it instead of the motorcycle - Victory Vision). It handles well in the rain. Snow, you have to turn off the ESP. This is a fun, beautiful and economical car.

Good starting car.

The awesome little car great and fun to drive does good gas mileage performs well but the engine is under power needs at least 50 to 75 more horsepower than what it's putting out and torque the automatic dual-clutch transmission could be better on the shifting but it does good it just gets confused from time to time when you're decelerating and then accelerating again I'm trying to hold the gear longer than what it should it feels like it's not shifting like it's just revving really hot and neutral it's great on long trips very comfortable just wish it had cooled seats but it does have heated seats

Constant problems

Not sure what happened with what used to be reliable car company. We’ve had nothing but problems with our 2012 and 2017 Elantra’s. Engine problems with both and the newest one which we bought two years ago has had the check engine light come on multiple times

Awesome car

This car is awesome. Is your view has to be at least 200 characters long oh, so I'm going to fill it up with two hundred characters worth of space. 50 more characters should almost complete the space.

My car rides smooth and I enjoy driving a stick. Great on gas and more room than expected in the trunk. The radio, CD player, and Sirius all work well with clear and easy listening. This is a great fit for me.

2017 Elantra

I have had my Elantra just over 3 years. I am very pleased with it. It rides very smooth in town and on the interstate. Compared to cars I have had in the past I am getting great gas mileage. If I was to pick the best part of my Elantra experience it would be superior braking performance. I have had no mechanical issues. I did change out the battery after 3 years 4 months. Even though I have low mileage; because of the 3 years and living in Florida; most mechanics I have talked to said this is normal. In short, great car, good price, happy customer.

2017 Elantra Sport

The Elantra Sport is a good value for the price point this sedan competes in. Pros: Great gas mileage, peppy 4 cylinder, good handling. Cons: Noisy interior, cheap seating and instrument panel. The exterior is prone to front end damage due to extremely low stance.

Good value for the money

I really don’t have any negative comments on my car.even tho I bought over two yrs ago, I’m still getting used to it. I’m a senior, don’t drive much,but really love the safety of the back up camera,warning when someone too close,or passing.plus won’t lock w the key fob still inside .love the seat warmers, electric seat adjustable.dont ever use moon / sun open, too noisy.maybe only complaint is car noises just when riding/ driving.i only keep radio on lowest sound of classical music so as not to be distracted when driving.back seat very UNCOMFORTABLE to ride in.didnt realize how it was untill I road in back, when son,wife came to visit,I ROAD IN BACK all day, it about beat me up lol
