Love my Hyundai

This car is very comfortable. I have the loaded package and it is so worth it. It has sensors that guide me in my lane and if I was to let go of my wheel it would hold it in place for me. Dashboard is awesome, I can connect apps and my phone to the system. It has emergency breaks that activate if you are way to close to a car. Sound system is AMAZING. Had a few friends buy this car because once they took a ride in mine they were hooked. The only problem I have had so far is THE BLUETOOTH, people on the other line have said it is very hard to hear me.

Nice car for price

Nice car. Good price and gas mileage. Road noise still an issue. We have had 3 elantras. Some hit head when entering car. Each elantra has improved gas mileage. Wheel bearings tend to need replaced around 70k.

2017 Elantra

I am very pleased with my car but I do have a suggestion for future models. The start push button is pretty close to the radio push button. I have inadvertently hit the start button and turned off the car a few times. Fortunately, I was in my driveway at the time so there was no problem. But I can see how this could create a dangerous situation on the road. I make a conscious effort to make sure I pay more attention when I turn on the radio. Other than that I am very pleased.

Regular service

The Elantra is a great car overall. I would add one thing being that it’s a 2017. It doesn’t have an automatic starter. I am only 5 feet and a half inches tall so I have to bring the seat all the way up and sit on a pillow. But I’ve had to do that in other cars as well!?. It handles well.

Getting rattly.

I’ve had the vehicle a little over 2 years. Originally it was very tight, but not it’s becoming creaky and rattly. Everything still works. Gas mileage has decreased noticeably. Used to average about 35-36mpg, now down to 29-32.

Its a great car i will upgrade it next time soon if i get a good deal Last time cost of leasing too high.but the service is excellent and the choice of vehicles is good the only problem i had was with the finance dept whin i bought it you were supposed to pay the balance of$1600. You didn't they put me in collection still trying to straighten it out no luck

A little more comfort

To me, the seats are a little stiff, especially the rear seats. The front seats are almost Ideal. Add a little more padding. Padding is cheap. I feel my Elantra 2017 Value Package was an excellent ideal. Altho some improvements could be made. If it truly a Value package, what about a second package with a turbo. I know when people hear Torbo they think of racing. I found that on my 2012 Sonata the turbo helped to to improve gas mileage. On the Interstate, in the Summer, air conditioner on, I was still average 36 MPG. I passed cars causing the turbo to engage and still recieved 36MPG. So, that's just my deducing the benefits of the Valvue Package / Turbo.

Overall great car

I love the size of this car and the ease of which it handles. My only complaint would be the seats are uncomfortable for long drives and there is no sound/ motion sensor when you're near a parked vehicle.

Great car for the price

So far this car has been very reliable as all my Hyundai Sonatas were. Well equipped electronically for safety, media, etc. The low and wide wheel base make this car fun to drive, but the front bumper is so low it will hit a 4" concrete stop in an parking spot. Coming down anything slightly steep requires very slow speed or the bumper will hit the road. When part of my company's parking lot exit was washed away, even going as slow as possible, barely rolling, the bumper would hit the road going it. I didn't see anyone else have that problem. Sitting just a few inches off the road surface is probably the reason the road noise is so bad and the ride a bit bumpier than I'm used to. Maybe the tires contribute to those issues, but I won't find out until I get a new set. Accelerates well. On the highway I use cruise because it's easy to find your doing 80 without realizing it. The Standard On Demand would be better eliminated and the price dropped since there's no clutch. All in all it's a decent car.

Great vehicle except for the ride

Car has all the safety bells and whistles found on luxury cars (autonomous braking, adaptive cruise control, lane keep warning, steering assist, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic warning, rear camera, tire pressure read out) and most of the creature comforts found on top of the line luxury cars but vehicle has large rims and low profile tires which gives the car an unnecessary hard ride. Gas mileage is excellent. All in all a great automobile.

Elantra is a great car

I love this car. Roomy for a midsize, large trunk, handles and accelerates great and I love the gas mileage. This is my first car in a number of years as I had suv's or minivans for quite a while and I love how easily I can get in and out of this car. Love how the back seats fold down when I have some long that I can put thru the trunk.

Hyuandai Elantra

This car is an excellent value. It is loaded with desirable features, has lots of power and acceleration, and provides excellent gas mileage. The manufacturing quality is as good as the Japanese cars and the price is significantly lower. It could use improvement in cutting down road noise. Overall it is a great car for the money.

Hyundai Elantra replaced a Honda CRV

The car is great, Gas mileage is good, My only negative is that the heated seats are not controlled remotely and the remote start feature becomes a subscription after 2 years , it should be included for the original owner until sold.

Great car that's economical.

Love my car! Great ride and very comfortable. Fully loaded with sunroof which great in spring and summer, and heated seated which are great in the winter! I would recommend this car to anyone not wanting to spend alot of money and want all the enimities of the expensive luxury cars.

Great car for the price

This is my 3rd Hyundia. My Elantra has everything and gets great gas mileage. I drive 100 miles a day and it is a great commuter car. I did take it on a 1,700 mile trip and it was not comfortable. I also have an older Buick and will take that car on long trips. But reliability Hyundia is great. I am still driving my 2001 Tiburon.

So far, happy with Elantra Limited. Great safety features and other features. Great heated seats, sunroof, Blue Link emergency call, blind spot safety feature is wonderful. Next car will be hatchback for cargo space.

Good car

The trim is already showing signs of aging and the rear speaker cover keeps rattling even though I have taken it to them to fix twice. Also the paint on the armrest where the window switches are scratched off much to easily.

Front of vehicle

Front of vehicle is so low, it scrapes the underneath often and also the front bumper so often that it removes paint. This happens frequently when pulling into driving spaces with stop barriers at Post Offices, grocery stores,church parking, etc.
