Best car In The segment

Compared to the GTI GLI SI this is the best for the price, comfortable, drives great, handles great, sounds great, and looks different in a good way. A vehicle that can perform in any way you want. BUY BUY BUY!

nice car

this is a nice car, I bought it new and hope to own it for several years. I have owned many new vehicles over the last 50 years and the hyundai elantra is one of my favorites. i have recommended this car to several friends as they search for a new or used car.

I am very happy with my Elantra. There are only two complaints, one being the fact that when you turn the ignition switch to the off position, I actually habe to remove the key grom the ignition otherwise the battery warning notification goes off. The other being that there is no cd available for the car. I have several cds and have to plug in a portable cd player to listen to the cds. And the sounds comes through as mono not as stereo.

Great Gas Millage

The Hyundai Elantra Limited gets Great Gas mileage and if you have a long commute ,this is an excellent value for your money. Draw backs would be that the passenger cabin is very noisy. This vehicle is not offered with a CD player but has all the newest hook ups for your phone and or thumb drive/ MP3.

Elantra review

Mostly I'm pretty happy with my car. One thing I wish it had is rear window wipers. It's harder to see out rear window in the rain. I also wish it heated up a little faster. All my friends older cars heat up much faster than mine.

Beautiful, modern, chic , slow...

I love the entire car, except it’s lack for asceleration and speed. This car has some great amenities to it for the price. Drives smoothly and quietly. Has great sound system and speakers. Driver seat controls are wonderful for maximum comfort.

Enjoyable Ride

Elantra gets great gas milage. I enjoy the hands free use of blue tooth for my phone. I like the sleek look of the metallic blue. I also like the added mirror that shows the blind spot. I enjoy riding long distance in my vehicle.

2017 new car.

Better than Corolla. Not quite up to a Civic. Better value for the dollar. The warrenty made it my deciding factor over a Civic. My main complaint is the limited field of vision out the rear window. Without the rear view camera I would have not gotten it.

I wonderful car

The Ellantra is my second Hyundai and I only gave up my first one because I was hit by a woman turning in front of me and knocking my bumper off. Because my car was 14 years old it was totaled, and I cried! It was a top-of-the-line Hyundai and never had a moments problem with it and it had everything oh net you would want on it and very low mileage, 85,000 miles. But after a week I knew where I had to do something and I looked around and when I took a ride in the Elantra it really fits the bill for me now. The turning radius is wonderful, the back up video is so important to me now, having a smaller car to park is a real plus and it is real zippy out on the road. When we go out to When we go out to eat my son loves to drive it! my son loves to drive it!

Good car

Elantra SE (my model) is a good car; but the servicing cost should be no more than $20, at this stage of maintenance. Little too much of road noise, specially on the highway at more than 65mph. The manufacturer could also improve a little on initial acceleration.

It's been a good car. I did notice the door panel on the driver's side had plastic pealing off. I addressed the problem to the dealer and they are ordering a new door panel. I have had to replace the battery, but apparently I don't drive the car enough?

I love my Elantra

My only complaint about this car is that after less than two years, the paint started peeling off. It took a lot of hassle and about two months to get this fixed. Had to appeal to Hyundai corporate to get it resolved.

I like it!

Nice affordable, new vehicle. Sometimes I wish I had gone bigger, (Sonata).All in all it's a nice vehicle for everyday use. Great gas mileage and smaller cheaper tires are a plus. Easy to care for and cute. Get compliments on the color often.

Lots of fun to drive

I really wanted a sports car, but needed a sedan so I purchased the Elantra Sport turbo with six speed manual transmission. Lots of fun to drive with a mildly firm suspension. Average handling, but fun to drive.

Third Elantra, best one yet!

I have had 3 Elantras, the last one (2006 GT) lasted me from 2006 to 2016! I have only had my 2017 Limited for a little over 3 years now (purchased late March 2016). I can definitely say the interior and exterior have been significantly refined. It feels more solid and well put together. Obviously over 10 years a lot changed with cars, but I must say it felt like it went up a class from entry level compact to mid level mid size. Very comfortable for road trips, and relatively fuel efficient! I wish they had made a few changes like going with a GDI engine and having a more customizable "sport, eco, normal" mode, memory seats, etc, but those are quibbles, nothing serious. The climate control is great compared to the manual A/C. Android Auto & Car Play are a welcome addition, though the implementation would be nicer if it was wireless. If you're on the fence, I would definitely vouch that the 2017 Elantra is well worth the asking price and I believe it will be a solid investment for years to come!

Happy Owner

Love my little car. She handles great, fuel economy is great, her amenities are fantastic, and great to look at. I drive this car everyday 1.5 hour each way, and I enjoy my drive. I do wish the driver seat was a bit more plush(bought a gel cushion) but all in all I am very happy with my purchase. I would love better material on the seats though, they stain very easy( not happy with that). If you want a fun car, with amenities ( heated seats, sunroof, touchscreen, and so much more) this is the car for you for a fantastic price.
