What's this

Not to bad for a mid size car. anything larger wont fit in my garage area. I don't like the color, Scarlet Red. The 2016 Elantra that Itraded was Venetion Red. Much prettier and darker and deeper paint look than the Scarlet Red

Good

The car runs great. Mats fell apart when purchased. Updates need to be made before purcashing and if needed the dealer should contact buyer. Also torque should be higher due to pick up and go on streets.

Some Issues Detected

We have found that the seat belt latches between the console and the seats are hard to attach the belts due to the room allowed for it. In my opinion and my wife's, the connector from the seat should be raised instead of below the seat itself. We and others who have driven in our car have had to squeeze our hand in between the seat and console to click the seat belt which makes it an inconvenience to do so.

2018 elantra

Car is comfortable with great trunk storage at first didn't understand the netting in trunk but i love it, stops items from rolling around such as pop and milk. The blind spot warning is very helpful in busy traffic. When weather is really cold you have to wait awhile for heat to get hot. I feel it is a great car for the money!

Decent

Mostly satisfied with this purchase. I do miss some of the features of my Elantra I traded in, like the sunroof and the CD player. The hatchback storage is a little small, but I was accustomed to the larger trunk in my previous car.

Well Equipped at a good price

Purchased a 2018 SL for our 17 year old daughter. Car has all the safety features we wanted, back up camera, cross traffic alert and lane departure warning, Radio is easy to use and sounds good. Has Apple CarPlay which is convenient. Drives smoothly and breaks quickly. Roomy interior. A perfect first car.

Enjoying the ride

I'm really enjoying my new Elantra. It's stylish, and pretty spacious so it doesn't even feel like a compact car. I like the different drive settings and the smooth road experience. This is my second Hyundai, and I will remain in the Hyundai family.

Nice little car

This is my second Hyundai, and I really like the car, and the features for the price. I really enjoy my new car, and I can't really think of anything I would change. So, far this one has been great and haven't had had any issues, and hope it gives me the same reliability as my last one!

Decent car

The car is pretty cool. Great tech, relatively quick, sleek look. For the price it isn't terrible. it's not the worst car, but I don't entirely regret it, but the gas mileage isn't something to write home about for the lower HP I get.

Very nice

This is my first new vehicle I’ve purchased, and I am very satisfied! I got the value edition and while I would have preferred leather, I was told that would require an upgrade (out of my budget). I love how spacious the trunk is, and even the backseats are comfy (haven’t tested them myself but passengers love them). Overall a great car, and it seems like it will last me quite a while!

New purchase

Love my new 2018 Elantra turbo. Pros: sleek look, comfortable drive. Cons: Had to have BSD module replaced with only 400 miles on the vehicle. Also intermittently hesitates when gently accelerating.

Not bad

Good car overall, but head light lighting needs to be in proved and outside noise is way to loud when you start driving at faster speed. You have to turn up the radio just so you can hear it over the outside noise and if you are talking to anyone you have to talk louder to be heard.

vehicle handling

Great gas mileage. The vehicle is great with goods fields of view, but does not shift smoothly. Accelerates slowly, but has maintains speeds on hills. The reverse gear is to the front of the first gear and so it is hard to shift in gear from someone who is use to shifting into reverse below the 5th gear.

First Hyundai

Really like my Elantra. All the included features are great. Only one improvement I can recommend. Drivers seat needs better cushioning. Short people like me will have seat height problem. Can't raise too much otherwise head hits roof.

Great value

This vehicle provides great value for your money. I wish the smaller features in most cars would be included such as a glove box light or lumbar support. Also instead of a knotched seat back it should be infinitely adjustable. Overall I am still very happy with this vehicle and it’s fuel efficiency.

My 1st Elantra

I like that I have leather seats. The car drives well. No complaints about the handling of the car. You will definitely have to get use to it if you are use to suvs. It sits low so be careful of potholes.

Good inexpensive car

The Elantra runs great. It is a bit underpowered but that was expected for the mpg. I didnt know that they made a car in this "favorites/ value" edition without electric seats... really, who thought this was a good idea? Opt for the electric seats. The current manual adjustments are just short of worthless. The ride is a bit rough but again should be expected on an inexpensive car Mpg.... awesome! Thus far averaging 35mpg. If you are tall... plan on being cramped in the leg room

My 2018 Hyundai Elantra

I love my elantra and definitely feel i got thre most for my money. The only thing I dont like is the fact that the interior stains kind of easily..I ahve gotten up to 50.6 miles to the gallon in this vehicle!
