2018 best year for design and performance

Elantra Special Value design is overall best value for features xs the lower end Elantra line and the seat adjust system for vertical height and lumbar adjust should be electronic for maxium adustment positions.

Love my ELANTRA

I love my little car. It has all the features that I need. I’ve owned Hyundai in the past and was very satisfied.. The paint job is beautiful. It has sparkles in it. The only thing that I would change would be the wheels. Such a beautiful car should have metallic wheels not plastic.

Very happy 2018 Elantra Sport owner.

I bought the 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sport(With technology package) to replace a 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ. The reliability alone of the of the Elantra is reason enough! Not to mention, in my opinion, the sportier stying and better gas mileage.

GREAT CAR FOR THE PRICE

For the price the Hyundai Elantra is a great car. My first Elantra was a 2007 and I loved it. It died on me so I bought another Elantra. The gas mileage is great more than 400 miles per tank. Although, the interior space could be a bit roomier, it's a bit hard for me to get out of the car seats are a little too low. Other than that I like my car and would recommend one to anyone looking for a new car.

Worth the money with lots of features. Hyundai has come a long way but many more to go before they can catch up with the marquee vehicles. I am looking forward to the electric vehicle from Hyundai soon.

great gas mileage

Levers to open gas tank door and trunk door are too close together, too much vibration if you open both back windows, sluggish when you hit the gas, transmission shifts slowly, gas mileage is very good

The is such a great car! The gas mileage is amazing on it and it’s the perfect car inside and out! The navigation screen is super nice and all the added bonuses like the sunroof, heated seats, and push button start. Also the trunk is huge which is so nice.

Affordable Sedan

Got a great price and have been satisfied with the purchase of my 2018 Elantra SEL. I feel safe and comfortable driving in interstate traffic and am satisfied with fuel economy. A couple issues starting once or twice, but I chalk that up to bad gas. Overall happy with my purchase.

2018 Elantra Sport

I was between this car and the Toyota Corolla iM and chose this one because it's A LOT of car for the money. My favorite feature is the Infinity Sound system. It is so clear. The overall sporty styling details are beautiful too...the racing style steering wheel, the red stitching on the leather seats, the "carbon fiber" look alike features on the front dash, the sporty rims that come with the Sport edition...it's a very classy looking car, great styling all around.

I made best choice

This is 3rd (2 new+1used) i never had to ever use the warranty on any of them . i have owned many cars over my life and yours are the best. I am very well pleased with this purchase. I ask Every hyundai owner i meet how they like their car and ECERYONE have said they are happy with the car.

My 2018 Elantra

So far my Elantra meets all my expectations and the price was right.I previously owned 2 Subarus.The Elantra cannot come close in snow obviously but I was willing to let that go in order to have an almost new dependable vehicle to drive. In the past I have had to pay big money for used Subarus and even though they are great in the snow the maintenance cost was a big factor. I know the Hyundai reputation and work with people who own them. If we get a snow storm and the roads are bad I will call out and stay home.

CAR SUPER GOOD DO NOT GO TO COCONUT CREEK FOR SERVICE MULTIPLE BAD VISITS, 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. UNACCEPTABLE. IT ALMOST SEEMS LIKE 45$ IS A RIP OFF AS WELL THINK ADVISORS NEED TO BE TRAINED IN KINDNESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT THE DEALER, THERE IS NONE. SAD

Horrible Vehicle

This is the worst vehicle I have ever owned and I will never buy another one.When you drive the car, it feels like the emergency brake is on. This is very concerning and when I took it to the dealership they said it was fine.

Perfect Price for a Great Vehicle

I bought my Hyundai Elantra a year ago in Oct. I love that I routinely get 38 MPH and 400 miles per tank. My car drives smoothly and is comfortable. I love my sunroof as well! I love my car. I am thinking about getting something a bit larger and will likely keep with the Hyundai brand.

just not too crazy about the fob. would much prefer a key and a remote door/trunk lock and remote start. since i need 200 characters, lets say that a minimum for a comment box is also an unnecessary inconvenience

I had a 2012 Kia Forte before I got my Elantra. The Forte has been dependable and economical to own and operate. It currently has about 120,000 miles on it, and still runs great. Since the Elantra uses the same drive train, I felt confident that it would prove to be equally dependable. I chose the Elantra because I like the styling and was able to get one with a manual transmission. I did not want a CVT equipped vehicle. Another big draw was interest free financing, which made the total cost thousands less than any comparable vehicle in the class. It is a budget economy car, but it doesn't look or feel "cheap" to me. It's no Mercedes, but it's a lot of car for the money. The only place where I really felt the impact of cost cutting was the suspension, primarily in the rear, but I got used to it, and it rides well enough for me. I would say the overall quality is very good for the price, and I am very satisfied thus far.

Elantra

Good car with minor issues. Battery died within two years. Stagnant smell comes out of vents when blower is turned off. Dome light never worked when I got it. Some clunking Noise happens when I take car out of park. Could be because of inclined parking, however it seems to have stopped since I have changed the battery. Wondering if their was a week electronic signal getting to it. My car is a six speed automatic so I believe my transmission is not 100 percent mechanical. So there might be issues electrically.

I wish the interior was not so light and attract so much dirt. Interior soils very easily also. Wish the front end was not so low to the ground and easy to scrape low/high/messed up surfaces or parking blocks.
