I do not own the vehicle anymore got rid of it within four months of owning it

I do not own this vehicle any longer I have to keep saying that here was at dealership two separate times per same issue submitted to body shop nothing never fixed, and for a service manager to contradict what I already know is pretty insulting to my 22 years experience as a lead service advisor in the dealership world.

Decent car, worst service

Hyundai made a decent car. Mostly the gas mileage is terrific. However, don't even think about any warranty. Hyundai says 10 years of warranty but what is the use the dealer service refused any service unless I purchase their own maintenance program in addition. Typical Hyundai. They now make a good car, and still the worst service in the world. Whatever they say about warranty, 5 year? 10 year? it is just useless.

Horrible

So I believe it was the second or third time I drove the vehicle I don't even think I had it for a full week and the AC blew out they in the service department made it a complete hassle maybe drive it all the way down there in the Arizona heat with no AC they did not give me any priority and it took them I believe over a week to fix it when I complained the facility manager he called me and left a message insulting my business which has nothing to do with this purchase in my opinion they should have given me a new car immediately you got some manufacturing issues if the AC blows out immediately like that I did not want that vehicle after that and then probably going to be screwed for the remainder of this Vehicles life even though everything is paid for how can I get things fixed or maintenance from a facility who has no respect for me

Vibrations while driving

Steering wheel and driver seat vibrations from 40-45 and at 60+ constant speed. If passenger seat is empty you can hear a metal to metal noise from the vibrations. The gas mileage average read is misleading since it’s tells you a higher miles per gallon when it should read 5 less.

Horrible experience with this car

Everything goes wrong with this car and dealership cannot figure out why this problem keeps happening. Had break problems my first month and I’ve continued to have break problems every 4 months seems like dealership keeps my car for 2 or 3 mths at a time I’ve called Hyundai and they are no help as well

Many quality issues

Car under two years and it has many issues already. You cannot take it to the deal ship because they never have appointments and the attitude and service is terrible. I ended up with a nice car on the outside, that’s it.

Stay Away from Wesley Chapel Hyundai

Purchased an Elantra from Wesley Chapel Hyundai and would not recommend going here. Had to file a complaint on them with the Better Business Bureau due to their shady business practices and Finance personnel. The dealership makes it all about milking the customer for every possible dollar and will add in up charges and up sell you on products and services that you do not need just to make their numbers look good on a sale. The worst car buying experience I have ever had was at this dealership and they do not have good customer service.

Hyundai has rip me off and the dealership is very racist. I drove of the lot with more than 5 recalls on my car. it took the dealership more than 60 days to even get my license plate to me. than my seat belt locks while driving after hitting a bump in the road. then my transmission goes ou but the warranty want cover it so now my credit will be ruining to to the horrible finance company,

Transmission/Electrical System Problems

I only have 25,055 miles on this vehicle. 5 months ago they replaced my transmission and today I am now once again having the exact same issues, plus electrical issues with this vehicle. Not safe to drive.

Poor experience with this car, it has had many issues since I bought it in clouding replacement of brakes with less than 10000 miles, has very dim backup lights, losses power and cannot excelerate and dealerships not able to find cause and no support from Hyundai

Very poor quality due to frequently losses power without notice cannot excelerate issue not corrected after 6 visits to 3 different dealerships and no help from Hyundai to date after many contacts with the case management team

Very poor quality

Very poor quality due to having had to replace the brakes at less than 10000 miles, the car frequently losses power and cannot excelerate and get message on dash max 22 mph, had the vehicle evaluated 6 times by 3 different dealerships with no resolution and no support from Hyundai

Still no backup camera 2 years later

Two years after purchase, the dealer hasn't provided a working backup camera, claiming a parts shortage; but Hyundai gets plenty of cameras to install in new cars. This means they are prioritizing new cars instead of fixing the cars they already sold.

Two years later and still no back-up camera

The backup camera still does not work. The dealer claims a parts shortage, but if Hyundai is building new cars with the camera, they can spare one for a car they already sold. Next time I won't buy a Hyundai.

Poorly

I received an email asking to have my car checked for the belt, I have taken it on different occasions and it should have worked but now I received another email asking to take it again for the same issue, the leak through the front windows, how long it takes to take effect to the weather etc. I want to complain Why do I make an effort to pay for a new car and how is it possible that I spend hours at the dealer? fixing a car that you should have sold me in excellent condition, I am very sad and disappointed in this purchase, I would never recommend you.

Worthless Warranty

I say worthless warranty because the warranty is only as good as the repairs to execute it and when the repairs fail to cure the problem and the first failure is after just a few thousand miles and the issues continue on and off and when the dealership is not equipped to properly diagnose the issue so a repair can't be attempted and thus not considered a lemon even though it's a lemon... what more can I say... I was stranded early and often by this car abd had to trade it to get rid of it and did NOT get my money's worth. Never again

Cool car but Avoid!

The car was a brand new lease when I got it. The AC would shut on and off randomly since I got it. 4 attempts to fix it have been attempted and failed. Now my car has been in service for 65 days!!! I am making payments on a car I don’t even have!!!
