It gets me there.

The seats are comfortable. I did not like the low profile OEM tires -- different wheels & tires went on immediately. The dealership offered a $5000 rebate ONLY if you financed -- what a scam. I financed and immediately paid off car. The car did NOT come with a rear compartment mat -- I had to immediately buy one. I installed a front camera (instantaneous video recording) -- did not come with one.

Car is ok at best

Car is ok. Good on gas. Does chip and scratches easy. Quality is ok at best. Never shown if tinted windows come with this model and wasn’t ask. Room wise is ok for average size. Back of car is little more tight then prior models

Good car, Horrible customer service

overall car is good. I commute, so gas mileage and comfort is important. The dealership experience has pushed me to look elsewhere for next purchase. i will not be considering hyundai as a choice for my next vehicle purchase.

Was excited about the car at first. Now there’s a recall that dealership won’t fix stating Hyundai itself isn’t releasing g the part??? Waiting on title transfer for two months!

Seatbelt recall no parts to fix it Dangerous Waiting for out of state title transfer for two months! I have called every week and everyone tells me something different. I had to re register the car in a state I no longer live it because of your office falling short in the process No answers to hold up. Unacceptable

Bad tires and engine but at least it looks nice

I bought this car brand new in 2021 and it’s a horrible car. I’ve gone through 3 sets of tires in a year, a recall, and 3 check engine lights. My O2 sensors and head gasket were shot so i was only getting 20mpg and it was horrid. It’s a nice looking car but not worth the money. You are WAY better off buying something more reliable like a Honda or Toyota.

Dealership nightmare.

We bought the car with known damage on the hood that the owner of the dealership said must have been done before delivery. We took it multiple times to be fixed they failed. Got back with more damage.

Bluetooth

The Bluetooth connection is very frustrating and it’s dangerous when driving when navigation randomly stop and a message stating phone loss connection pop up. I brought it back to service at Hyundai but the problem wasn’t fix

2021 elantra limited

Good car except more defects than expected on a new vehicle. Wind noise from driver's side window at highway speeds. Instrument panel dims randomly and is very annoying. Android auto looses connection too often.

I had or owed a Hyundai Elantra that was ten years old. never gave me trouble , so I wanted another one.. but I wanted with extra features. the ones they had in the lot was not what I wanted, the price were good, but just plain, not the gadges that I want.

Nice radical exterior design but has some interior material quality issues

Drives well in terms of handling and IVT shifting feel. Over bumps and uneven pavement feels sloppy often. High wind noise over 70 mph. Cheap plastic panel materials especially in the rear doors. Some large and/or uneven panel gaps.

Terrible Tech but Great Drive

The technology in this vehicle is low quality and only works about 40% of the time so I wouldn’t purchase again. But the safety features on this vehicle are great, better than other cars I’ve driven. It’s been difficult to try to figure out how to fix tech problems as the dealership blames BlueLink- even tho the issues I’m having are beyond BlueLink. The Bluetooth connectivity is bad, the key fob stopped working, the app only starts the car and locks the car when it wants to. However, the drive of this car is pretty good so I’m giving it more than one star.

2019 was better

2019 was a better model than the 2021. For a compact car, 2019 seemed more spacious and roomy in the interior. The glove compartment, center console was much larger. The was a compartment for my glasses.The dashboard was more user friendlier designed. Better leg room in the 2019. In the 2021 model they have a "bar" connected to the center console separating the passenger from the driver. Why??? It's a very weird design.

Interior is a little weird

Never been in a vehicle where the speedometer is on the left side(wrong side) it took some time getting use to and I still don’t like it. I wish all model had rear cup holders in the back especially if you have kids. The change song feature on the steering wheel is backwards. Most you toggle up to change the song but this one you toggle down. Also, super weird not to have sunglasses holder in a new mod vehicle it’s such a minor feature.

If Airplay worked better I would rate it five stars

Great car except Airplay drops frequently. Having this feature not working is a huge deal to me when I’m using handsfree a lot. Hopefully my future service appointment remedies this. Overall I do love the car, but I want everything to work properly.

I really like my car but I will never buy another Hyundai as the dealership was very underhanded and the corporate office was no help either so again I will NEVER but another Hyundai and that is a shame because I have has 3.

Go in with your eyes wide open!

I really like the car. I just wish someone had taken the time to explain the features to me. I got a 3 minute run down. Salesperson could not hook up my phone. Told me to go to Verizon! Briefed me on a few other things. Booklet doesn't even tell you how to change the clock. Trunk looks bigger than it really is. The ride is really nice. After a week I sorta figured out Cruise control. Yippee. I'll get there though. I don't have a lease, so I have plenty of time.

The passengers in the car are not cared for. The passengers in the back seat have nothing to do and nowhere to charge phone no ac. Overall for passengers the car in wasted Would recommend another car.

Not too happy

Was so excited to buy my new Hyundai Elantra Limited. After leasing two Elantras with no major problems whatsoever I decide to go all in and buy this time. The car is not performing properly and is actually kind of sad that I bought this one. I figured I would have this car forever but it became quite apparent that there is serious issues with engine performance. Total break up, hesitation, unsmooth acceleration is very concerning. Wish I had bought something else.

A good car, but could use some corrections.

Needs a front sensor for parking due to the very low front clearance. And the sound system is poor. They need to allow upgrades to it without voiding the guarantee. Correct those and it's a very good car.
