some improvements

needs some improvements on the design needs to be heavier the front seat up higher needs the brakes redesigned the car is okay but like everything else needs to be have some changes made to it that are necessary

You get what you pay for.

Average built vehicle with great gas mileage. Definitely need to improve on why a transmission would have to be replaced almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle. This is unacceptable for a car company when people are spending thousands for there product.

Review

The car is great, but highly disappointed I got it June of 21 and before my 1 year of owning I had to buy new tires that didn’t last longer than 20,000 miles. I should have had options for this but I did not.

Paint peeling that dealer won't repair

Honestly, most of the vehicle is fine. Interior design is good exterior looks sleek, with the exception of two enormous spots on the front bumper where paint is peeling. I've tried repeatedly to get the dealer to fix this issue, and they are either unable or unwilling to do so, while also failing to provide any timeline or other information. If it weren't a brand new vehicle this would be far less of an issue, but it's absolutely awful to look at, and further frustrating that the dealer won't resolve the issue.

Bugs with a backup camera and blinker switch

Vehicle drives good and has good millage but so far the blinker and the back up camera has been replaced. My blinker switch killed the my car battery because it would turn my lights on in the middle of the night by itself ( first two months). The back up camera stoped working entirely within the first year. Additionally, the new back up camera part was on back order so I did not have a functional backup camera for 4 months.

It is ok for driving to work. However I don't like hyundai dealership system in the USA. It is way diffrent there customer service between two contry. If I were living in korea, I will buy Hyundai but living in USA I will never buy hyundai in future.

Not the best car & way too much recalls.. wiper blades could be better on the driver side.. water comes right inside even with a little cracked window..

Hyundai SERVICE SUCKS

Great car ,no service and Hyundai USA could care less OK if you never have a problem I traded my 2021 ELANTRA Nline because the fit and finish was just terrible with just 13000 miles on it P.S. it takes over a month to get an oil change when it’s out of warranty I’ll be taking it to anyone other than Hyundai service

Brake issues / rear tail light has water in them

I feel Hyundai should do more to work with customer. Especially if the issue is very common and not covered under warranty. Everything seems to be out of warranty. But if the vehicle's issues are very common then Hyundai should consider taking care of it.

Great car, weak transmission

While the Elantra N-line is a good peepy affordable car that gets great gas mileage, the dry DCT transmission is a weak point. The 1.6T gamma engine is one of Hyundai's most reliable engines out there to date. While paired to their dry DCTs, it can get iffy. At this point, getting rid of the dry DCT and replacing it with a standard transmission or the 8 speed wet DCT would be the ideal move.

Very beautiful stylish interior and exterior

Very beautiful stylish interior and exterior. Some functions are not up to par like the phone system goes in and out navigation goes in and out so connectivity is a nation. Steering wheel when you’re driving on the highway it once the pool because of the safety features and you’re fighting with the steering wheel as you’re driving.

Lost a lot of storage in Drivers area and the drink holders for the back seat

The loss of storage in the drivers area and loss of second plug for assesories and the drink holders for back seat but used for extra drinks for travel for driver and guest (wife), she has water and I have coffee and water. The sunglasses holder was also for Insurance and registration papers for easy access.

My New Elantra

I love the new body design, interior is very nice. I have put 2000 miles on the car so far it performs very well overall. There are a few things I'm not so happy with the Bluetooth connection drops a lot, the headlights are not great, high beams are essentially useless. I traded a 2019 Elantra GT in on this vehicle, it had much better headlights. Overall it's a really nice car for the price.

2021 Hyundai Elantra Limited

The 2021 Hyundai Elantra Limited is a total redesign both inside and outside the car. Interior has great displays. The ride is just as good both on highway and in town driving. There is 2 inside driver cluster display which gives driver all the information within sight. The exterior of the car gives a sport car type look, from the fron headlights to the rear tailights. The tire rims look sporty. Again my only drawback is that I owned a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Limited and the 2021 Limited lacks the driver seat memory and recline back when you exit the car, taht feature in the 2018 made exiting the car easier, this is my biggest disappointment of this car. Also they don't have the rear heated seats as it was in the 2018 model. But overall the car is beautiful from its new look to how it drives.

I love this car so much. But I’ve said it PLENTY of times in this review. Fix the CarPlay. Please fix this!! I graduate next year with a B.S. in Computer Engineering hire me and I can fix it for you.
