hyandai ioniq

i get @ 55 miles/gallon gas i copied all CD's onto the usb port so i get continuous music while driving great car- i really liked my ford focus and drove it for 332,000 miles but the hyandai is a better car

Ioniq

I love the car, but the mpg dropped at about 10,000 miles from 60 mpg to 50-52 mpg. When I call service or Frank, my dealer, they say to take off the snow tires and that it operates at a lower mpg during cold weather. The weather has been warm for a few months, and I took the snow tires off 3 months ago with no improvement in mpg. I am frustrated the Hyundai dealer is not equipped or skilled in adjusting or tuning the car, a hybrid.

Handling - awesome! Mileage -terrific - average between 53/58 depending on type of trip. Have hit high sixties when driving to NH. Comfortable and roomy. Always get comments on how sharp looking the vehicle is.

Floor mats and a cargo shield should come standard with the high end Ioniq... it's a hassle and costly to order these items from dealership.hyundai is not advertising the Ioniq very well. I lucked out finding the car. Most dealers have none on stock .

Hybrid Not sure what you are asking.

Love the car and the gas milage. My first trip out of CO was to TX. It was amazeing. I started with a full tank and only fill up again the next day also with 1200 miles. The curise control was amazing. It would slow down if I got to close to the car in front of me.

Great gas mileage, Tech Savey

This car gives me great gas mileage, especially if I'm not driving into the wind. I also own a Prius, which is older and is not delivering on gas mileage. I routinely drive on the interstate at higher speeds, and since this car is very aerodynamic, the gas mileage I get is very dependent on the wind direction. If the wind is calm or at my back, I typically get 55 mpg over a 300-mile stretch. If I have headwinds, my mileage can be as low as 42 mpg. I typically get about 55 mpg in city driving. Android Auto works great, and the with the SEL model, the warning for vehicles in adjacent lanes is a big safety plus. Other reviews have stated that road noise is an issue. I have not found that it is an issue with my vehicle. The quality of the vehicle is above average in my opinion. The engine had adequate power and is a bit better than my 2010 Prius. I've gotten several complements on its looks. The only negative is that the interior is a little small.

MY NEW 2017 HYUNDAI IONIQ

YOUR SURVEY IS TOO LONG & REDUNDANT. I LIKE THE VEHICLE. MOST IMPORTANT TO ME IS THE GOOD GAS MILEAGE AND THE SAFETY FEATURES SUCH AS BLIND SPOT MIRRORS. WINDSHIELD WIPERS ARE VERY GOOD AND VERY IMPORTANT TO ME ON A TRIP. THE SEATS SHOULD HAVE MORE CUSHION TO THEM BECAUSE BECOME VERY PAINFUL IF ON A 2 HOUR DRIVE OR MORE. ALSO, BACK SEAT IS HARD TO LIFT ONESELF OUT OVER THE RIDGE TO PUT FEET ON THE GROUND. OTHERWISE, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE.

LOVE THIS CAR!

This car was on my radar in the beginning of my research, after watching a few reviews online, I decided it may be too small for my family. During my test drive day, I decided to check it out anyway!! This was the first car I test drove of 4 others, and I fell in love with it immediately!!! There was more than enough room, the truck space was amazing, the car overall was very nice looking! The drive was amazing as well. The blindspot detection is great, the console and entertainment system is very user friendly with the exception of not having the voice features for the car when the phone is connected. The drive was very quiet and the car handled really well.

Very Well-Appointed Gas Miser

Purchased at end of 2017. After over 500+ miles and 2 months later had to stop for gas. Broke my heart, I ONLY got 51.1 miles actual to the gallon. I am sure it can do better.I know it will. But it sure is a spirited little vehicle. While it won't burn rubber off the line, it certainly holds its own on the interstate as well as in city traffic. It is capable of maneuvering with the best of them. It also has the usual Hyundai quality and features. Check one out ...

Love the styling and smooth ride

Love the look of the car and the smooth ride. It doesn’t get 55mpg as promised but 48-49 is acceptable. I get a lot of compliments on it. When I bought it very limited colors, I chose black. Beautiful when clean but needs frequent washes. So far no issues and I have 28k miles in a year. Happy with purchase so far

Hyundai ionic sel

Very good vehicle.Excellent feature better than most of the cars in this segment. Needs a little improvement like acceleration on uphill, would like to have company fitted leather seats for all trims..etc. Would definitely recommend to all.

MPG in the 60s

What I like most is the mpg. I've gotten mpg as high as 63 miles per gallon. It's quiet, and easy to drive. Perhaps I should have gotten the navigation system, but I didn't. I don't care about Sirius radio, so I don't pay for that. It's comfortable, easy to drive and I like the blue color quite well.

Cautiously optimistic

I bought this car because of the mpg ratings, the factory warranty and 0% financing offer. I've been driving a VW TDI for many years and loved it, but they are no longer sold new in the US because of the emissions scandal. I researched and test drove many cars. The Ioniq had good ratings and the mileage was always a big plus. I've had the car for a few months and it's nice. But, there are some serious shortcomings with the car in MN winters that has soured my view. Now that spring is creeping in, the memories of the problems will hopefully be replaced with good points. But, we'll see.

2017 Ioniq EV

Review is for Ioniq EV. Fun to drive, great range. Easy to charge. Dealership experience was great, did everything over the phone and internet and had the vehicle delivered. I have a 80 mile round trip commute and this vehicle works perfect. Plus I don't have to stop and get fuel anymore.

LOVE THIS CAR

Its awesome! Really enjoy it! Hey it has its couple things that could improve but what car doesnt... Overall I would recommend this car to anyone who has a garage and can charge it overnight every night. I upgraded to a 240 volt 40 amp charger and it charges from 0 to 100% in 4 hours.

Good car

This vehicle has potential to be a great car. The exterior looks nice and is different from other vehicles. The gas mileage does not meet the qualifications as advertised. I get only around 47 mpg. Also learned that the rear end of the car is made of plastic and is not steel. I’m sure this was for gas mileage purposes but it should get more mpg than 47. Otherwise a great vehicle.
