Fell in love with the car, at first test drive. Enjoy Hyundai Ioniq body styling, driving, handling & cornering. Was replacing a 2009 Prius. Extremely disappointed at new Prius interior styling. Handles way better than a Prius. Tell people I see with a Prius, that they should test drive a Hyundai Ioniq.

Great car, great design, Huyndai Ioniq.

Have greatly enjoyed my Ioniq after having for one year. Had an Audi A-3 sportwagon TDI but found it was not a "clean diesel, so got rid of and found the Ioniq. Great car, nice design, great mileage, clean machine. Appropriate and timely vehicle for today. Great job Hyundai.

DRIVING A WINNER

I was a Prius girl until I drove a Hyundai IONIQ. I overheard someone say Hyundai had a new car getting 55-58mpg and though, "Really?" In the market to upgrade my Prius, I thought I'd check out this high mileage car. WOW!! The IONIQ was similar in size to my Prius with the complementary features I'd always liked. Where the sparks flew for me were: heavier weight car; much less road noice invading my space; the mileage. WOW. I drive a lot!! Manufacturer estimates mileage as noted: 55-58mpg--well, I daily average 58-61.3mpg. Yes and that's verifiable! IONIQ uses synthetic oil and oil changes are only needed every 7500 miles! This car is so quiet, most people have no idea it is even running where they are near me. I will drive my '17 IONIQ at least 10 more years, maybe 15! I LOVE MY IONIQ Can you tell? And, my review would no be complete without saluting the team at Hyundai La Quinta. They get 12 out of a 10-rating from me for personal service and attention to every single detail.

Great car

Fabulous has milage, great car. Has heated front seats, bluetooth, navigation system. Has blind spot, but has a warning system if the car senses a vehicle in that area. Lots of space for transporting items.

Love my car!

Ioniq is amazing! More horsepower, quiet, comfortable and able to hear music with less outside noise while driving. Visible dashboard to help me what’s running and driving economical to save gas. I have long commute and only gas my car biweekly! Amazing! Glad it came with my favorite color, Blue!

Ioniq is an awesome car.

The Hyundai Ioniq is an awesome car. It gets great gas mileage and it is fun to drive. It has great pickup, looks great and the safety features are excellent. The safety feature of the backup camera and the side safety alarm makes this and excellent buy.

love it

almost everything that I expected. am getting 60 miles per gallon in town, rides reasonably well for such a small car. would be much better if it had an electric heater and a way to listen to the radio without the engine running.

FUN RIDE

I WOULD NOT HAVE ANOTHER VEHICLE UNLESS IT WAS A TUCSON OR A SANTA FE WITH THE SAME FEATURES THAT I HAVE ON MY 2017 IONIQ. IF YOU GET THE TUCSON OR SANTA FE TO THE POINT OF 55 MPG THEN I MIGHT CONSIDER TRADING.

No comments other than MPG less then sticker. In real cold weather I have got only 44 MPG. More drag in cold weather. I get less MPG when it is raining. I have compaired the onboard average MPG verses figuring by hand, Miles driven by gallons used, the onboard MPG average I believe is calculating to high.

Great economy car with lots of cargo room

This is a great economy car. The cargo area holds enough gear to take a family trip with our children. Fuel economy has been right at 50mpg over 10,000 miles, which is below the EPA ratings, but still very good. I like the heated seats and adjustable lumbar support. The things I don't like are the jerky transmission and brakes. It's hard to drive smooth especially at low speeds. Also the ride quality is pretty rough.

Falling in love with driving all over again!

Before I ever got into the car, I heard the words, "6-speed transmission." That sold me! I knew there would be a "spark" underneath that hood. The quick response, the agile steering, the truly form-fitting seats and the more than luxurious interior make this the finest little hybrid on the road. The looks and questions I get from others is almost getting annoying! Everyone is interested. You will be, too!

Would buy again

I give it an. 8.5 out of 10 there were only a few things I would of changed with the design and convenience features. The only 1 that really disappointed me was no rear wiper. Driving it is fun. But it is not as responsive on curves as I would of expected...the brakes feel stiff sometimes making me wondwr if it was gping to stop soon enough.

Best car I have owned

I am very pleased with the Icoiq. It is my 7th Hyundai I have been very satisfied with each of them and ask for one when I rent a car. The Ioniq is the finest car I have driven in every respect. It is stylish, fun to drive and has all of the safety features I could ask for. I recommend it to anyone who asks. Thanks for a fine automobile.

Leased a Hyundai Ionic to be my second car. It has become my first one since it is very economic and fun to drive!...my daughters love it, and for me it was a great investment. I am planning to buy it after my lease ends.

Surprising.

Initially bought this car for the outstanding gas mileage. But as it turns out it's a solid little Transportation vehicle. I've driven a Prius and compared to this car it would best be described as anemic. This car gets good gas mileage and performs fairly well considering what it is.

Drives like a dream.

I have only had it for a week. Driven 400 miles, 50.? Mpg. I put minimum 100 miles per day on the road to and from work. This is my second Hyundai. Last was an Elantra, it had over 126000 miles an only ever had to fix one thing a ball joint. I love Hyundai products. Can't wait for the next 100,00 miles. :-).

Great electric car fpr the price - Amazing Monthly Electric Credits

For the price this car is amazing. the all electric option is fantastic. They give you a credit for the amount of electrcitiy used, so your payment is reduced each month. At least by $50.00 each month. Car is super quick from 0 to 60 as its all electric, I was amazed at the responsiveness. Plus all electric, NO OIL CHANGE required. Yipee Car Pool Sticker - white .... awesome !!!!1 Will buy again

The car has great pick-up for a small vehicle and gets fantastic gas mileage. It is environmentally friendly. it also has a lot of room in the hatchback area because of the location of the hybrid battery. The car is also easy on the eyes.

Surprisingly great EV car

I only brought this car in for service once in 25,000 miles. Trouble-free and stress-free. I would have loved a better rear styling and rear visibility. The brakes is the weakest feature of the car. It keeps making a clicking noise when pressed. Otherwise, the car works great. I wish range goes up to 250 miles per charge.
