Poor exterior

I bought a new 2023 Hyundai and it was good for a couple of months and then I started hearing noise sounds when I put the brakes on the signals and I have been asking technicians to find out. Simply, they said nothing they didn't hear.

This car has been a nightmare

It's been in the shop at least 15 times since I bought it. I would not recommend this vehicle. I don't have confidence to even take it out of state.. .

3rd Sonota

we first bought a Sonota in 2005, then we upgraded to a 2015 Hybrid Blue Limited. then for my 70th birthday, they got me this 2023 Sonota, Love it. great gas mileage, comfortable seats, easy to drive, huge trunk.

Beautiful car

Lease is up in November of 2026. I'd really love a truck. This car is still in prestine shape and I've had no issues. Its a beautiful car!

Things the manufacturer could improve

I don’t like the way the front doors open. You can’t hardly get out of the car unless you open the door completely and sometimes there’s not enough room to do that. I don’t like the way you have to select the gears, and you have to keep constant hard pressure on the brake or the car will move forward.

Terrible Engine

This car’s engine is what makes this one of the least comfortable cars on the market to drive. Not even a month into purchasing this vehicle’s engine begins to over rev in 1st and 2nd gear every time I accelerate. It would go up to 5k-6k RPM before switching to the next gear just by lightly and gradually pressing the gas pedal. There is no functionality implemented to override this such as manual shifting. I understand this is a base model but no brand new 2023 vehicle should have this kind of issue with it’s engine, which simply makes the entire driving experience terrible every time.

Driving this car has not been a stress free experience.

Had an accident two months after receiving. Car just went out of control. It just took off in its own direction, I had No control on brakes etc. very terrifying. Made me very nervous of future driving , hence low mileage on this car.
