Power Train Issues

My vehicle has had transmission and/or engine issues since shortly after I bought it. I wish I would have had the sale undone within the first 3 days.

Car is great software is bad

Mechanically best engine/trans combo, great power and mileage comfortable on long trips. Woke software trying to help me drive car is terrible. Locks up brakes suddenly, beeps alarmingly when some car is near, rear seat belt alarms are very annoying especially when large person in rear seat and car thinks another passenger is in middle seat without seat belt. Constantly telling me headlights are off in daytime and I need to stop for coffee even after I have stopped for gas and meal. And I don't even drink coffee. Lane management not usuable/accurate especially in heavy rain. Ventilation vents are horrible mostly on/off not as directionally/volume useful as in previous models. I was a software engineer for about 25 years and I used to race cars. In my opinion this car needs a serious software update and unnecessary electronics/equipment removed.
