i love my truck

Engine and drive system last forever but rust is an issue.

At this time I have about 290,000 miles on the truck. Same clutch, no engine work. It runs great however rust is an issue. The back bumper is just about gone I have to replace it and the same with the front. This is an ongoing issue as I had the same issue with my last Tacoma. I live in the hills where they salt the roads in the winter and I use this truck to haul firewood from my wood lot to my house... Overall I love the durability but the rust issue is a big bummer. If it wasn't for the rust I probably would keep the truck to see if I can hit 400K. After this winter I plan on buying another one.

Toyota Tacoma

The wife loves her truck. For a 2002 model this vehicle has only 80,000 miles and still looks outstanding.
