Not topping off Fluids
The last two times I have the service tech did not top off my fluids, in particular the washer fluid. I know it’s a minor thing but really frustrating to fill it yourself after you have paid to have it done.

Super quick & helpful
I made a last minute appointment on Saturday morning for an oil change & I was able to get in. When I showed up, there were a lot of people in the waiting room, so I was anticipating being there a long time. Well, in pretty quick succession, people were being called out, and less than 30 minutes later, I was done! I was so pleasantly surprised!

A few different fixes and services
I did email kudos to the dealer. I was given an appointment for the morning after I called. Arrived at 7 for a 7:30 and they took my car right away. It needed new lug nuts, a tire had a slow leak (found a nail and fixed it) and they did oil change and tire rotation. I was out of there by 8AM and the bill was more than fair. I had a different experience here a few years ago, so I really wanted them to know that they were amazing on this. My five year old Sonata has low mileage, so I'll be driving it awhile. It has been a very dependable car.

I love Eckert Hyundai!
I always have a great experience at Eckert Hyundai. They are always super nice, and they are fast! It took a little over an hour to get my oil changed, tires rotated and my inspection sticker. They're the best!

I like the fact that the sales reps are really low pressure when it comes to people waiting in the service stroll about looking at the new units on the lots and in the showroom.
If I want to know something about a certain model or trim level, I'll ask, or look it up online.

FYI the transmission is a synthetic fluid and under normal conditions does not require replacement.

under severe conditions it is replaced at 60,000 i apologize for not communicating better sir.
