Just about everyone is friendly and helpful. The lady inside that helped me with my loaner car was not friendly, she acted as if I was bothering her.

Very good, but not Great.
I brought my car into the dealership at 8:30 AM and did not leave until 10:30. I thought it was a little bit long a period for an oil change considering I was among the first to arrive there.
The service person who signed me in was courteous as was the service person who advised me that the car was done and I could leave. Check out was quick and easy. It was just the excessive (in my estimation) time I was there.
