I happened to get Demetri on the phone. I told him my car had been sitting for a while and would be towed. Also, that I was unable to accompany it. We discussed the things I thought were needed, including tires which I planned to buy elsewhere. When he called with the estimate, the cost for the tires were reasonable that I decided to do all at the dealership. I would like to believe that our patience in communicating and understanding made their offer acceptable to me.
