Fast friendly service.
Service was fast and friendly and service tech noted I had a bulge in the sidewall of my tire. They said they could replace it, but would have to order the tire, and the tire they wanted to sell me was twice as expensive as I could get from a local tire shop. They need to be more price competitive. There was no "room to move" or offer to work with me at all.

Great customer service!
Stan is a honest salesman, & appreciated his hassle free purchase approach.
The service department is efficient & friendly.
I never dread driving to Denton for maintenance, although another location is closer to my home. The high quality of care given by Eckert staff is top shelf.
It is a pleasure owning my 2013 Tucson & equally a pleasant experience dealing with the Service Department.

very accomodating!
I had an issue with my car not starting randomly. Took it to Eckert because that is where I bought it less than 2 years ago....and that was a WONDERFUL experience!! The problem was discovered, repaired, it was all under warranty and then I was on my way in less than 1 hour! The staff was VERY welcoming and friendly! Nice area to wait in, too....I think I took a nap!!
