I arrived for routine maintenance and had additional questions regarding some unusual noise coming from passenger-side of the vehicle. Service advised they checked the matter and determined there was no issue. I felt not only did they completed routine maintenance in a timely manner, but they also reassured there was no additional issues with my vehicle. Exceeding Expectations
On a Friday I took our Santa Fe in to address a problem with noise coming from the heating/air conditioning vents. It was determined that the motor needed to be replaced but without a part in stock at the dealership it couldn't be repaired until the following week. Don Wheeler knew we were traveling out of town for the weekend and the noise on the long trip would have been grueling. He went beyond any reasonable expectations and arranged to replace the motor from a car in stock. And to make great things even better determined that the replacement was covered under warranty. We have purchased multiple cars from Eckert and have always been very impressed with the excellent service!

Goes above and beyond
While traveling I needed service 4 states away from my home. With a recommendation I went to this dealer for help. The response was terrific. In addition, the service manager arranged to drive me to a nearby location for lunch and picked me up when finished. The work was completed sooner than estimated. I am totally satisfied!

Mr. Lyons,

I apologize for the mis communication, that was not done to mislead you intentionally. When the vehicle arrived we tried to jump start the vehicle and we were unsuccessful in doing so. upon further diagnosis of the said problem, we had found the connection was bad. Then re-tried to jump and it then did start with no issues. I do apologize, we did a poor job of communicating.

I am 67 years old and have dealt with many car dealerships. Overall, Eckert Hyundai is the best dealership I have ever dealt with, period! great service and kept my cost low
I had several maintenance issues worked on with my car. The service was fast, friendly and they worked to bring my cost down almost $200 from what was originally quoted. My car is running great! I definitely recommend Eckert Hyundai.
