Most technicians are wonderful. I have had one that talked to me like I was a "woman", condescending and dismissive. I have not dealt with him for a long time, by choice.
I have always had good service at Eckert Hyundai. The only criticism I have is their choice of towing services. When we called for service, they recommended Pro-Tow to bring our car in. Pro-Tow is unprofessional and worthless, as far as I am concerned. Don't use them again.

When I call to schedule an appointment it is always available around my work schedule since I work some weekends.. Never have to wait long even if it's the weekend. They set up appointments and the wait time is not long at all, in and out.....
