Always friendly, try to get maintenance done in timely manner, but update me with any changes along the way, I like that.
My mom used to work for Hyundai many years ago, for many years in corporate, one of the best experiences of her life. Seeing her happy, made me happy. Before she passed away from lung cancer in 2016, one of her wishes was to know that I was taken care of in a safe & dependable car, so she helped me build, find, & buy my perfect car. So EVERY time I'm at the dealer (& I go back to the same one EVERY time, PH Hyundai), I think of her, & feel I have her with me, & that makes me feel at peace.

The service people are very helpful.
When I bought the car I was supposed to have bluelink. Free for 1 year ,but it was never connected to it. I went back and they did give me 5 months. I found that the salesman was very nice, but the closers were inpatient and very pushy. And I didnt expect to have problems so soon!

I have been bringing my Sonata here since purchase in 2017 and the service has always been great. From check in to pickup. And a plus is they still offer a free wash with service!!!

Friendly and Courteous Service.
Arrived on a Friday morning for the complimentary oil change. No lines. Very few waiting for service due to the holiday weekend. Promptly greeted by car attendant Daniel, who began the process. Inside, while waiting to speak to the service rep who was busy helping someone else, Jae asked if I needed help and took care of me. Let men know they would give the car a quick car wash as well and that it would be ready in an 1hour and half. I went for the walk and the car was ready when he said it would be. Great experience. Thank you Puente Hills.
