I have been taking my 2009 Genesis to Eckert's service dept for 10 years. They have never failed. I'll say it again, no one raises the hood on my Genesis except Eckert Hyundai.

having to fix others poor work
We had to originally take our car to another Hyundai dealer to replace brakes. The car's brakes then grinded and the car didn't ride as smoothly.
We made the long drive to Eckert and once again it was worth it. Come to find out, the other dealer used a cheaper "after market" brake. We replaced the brakes again and the
car rides more smoothly and the brakes work like they should.
I don't understand why some Hyundai dealers don't come close to the service level we receive at Eckert. Regardless, thank you for the great service!

The one saving grace of my Hyundai experience.
Fenton Hyundai sold me a car that "was lucky to make it here safely" per the words of the great technicians of Eckert Hyundai. I've had several issues with the car so far unfortunately. But these guys at Eckert Hyundai were really a saving grace, because they fixed all the problems that Fenton created, and Eckert hasn't charged me a penny. These guys really know how to treat their customers, and I will definitely be back time and time again, because their service just can't be matched. Thank you Eckert Hyundai for keeping me safe and confident in my vehicle!

Accomodating, nice wait room, friendly knowledgable service advisor(Jimmy DeLeon), no long wait.
I went to another dealership and was told my issues was not covered by the warranty. I went to Eckert Hyundai and my service advisor, Jimmy DeLeon said they absolutely were covered under warranty. The other dealership also told me there was an issue with a bent strut. Jimmy found the real issue was loose bolt which after being tightened eliminated the rattling noise. Jimmy save me $1,400.00. THANK YOU JIMMY!
