The repair was cheap & a pleasant surprise!
We experienced a horrible noise coming from the front axle of our F 150 2017 4x4. I knew it be easily over $1,000 if it were the IWE’s that needed to be replaced. However, the technician found it was a vacuum valve that was failing that was causing the IWE,s to not fully engage. I walked out paying under $150.00!!! And a free car wash! Thank you Mike White Ford!

Remote Diagnostic code check appointment
Waited a week for the appointment, unfortunately, the service group ran behind and had to cancel. So, waiting another two weeks. Fully understand service challenges, having spent a lifetime in the service and collision repair industry.
Hoping a slot opens up before the next schedule appointment.

The new prices went up quite a bit since the last service. Over 70% more is too much. This is going to force me to go to a local shop.

Called ford asked for the mobile service and they came to my work and week later and took care of everything.
After they came out and serviced my truck at work Carter called me and explained everything they did and took care of 2 recalls. I hade asked him to give me a quote on tires and the ones I wanted are in stoke and he sent me over a email for the tires and the service records for the service I did like the mobile service I didn't have to take time off work to get it done Carter was good and helpful.
