It was great.

Rob was great. He fought for us to get the allotment for the Raptor that we had originally put in Sep 2020. I'm thrilled with the Gen 3 Raptor. It drives awesome. I was also very pleased that the price didn't change from our initial quote, which Mike White Dealership could have done considering the market and inflation. Thank you for honoring your quote. Rob always got back to me and was willing to answer my questions.

The dealership took us right in, put us ahead of the back log of the service department! That was very important and appreciated. They did detect the problem and then set up an appointment with a GMC dealership to correct it! The service department at Mike White Ford were excellent and understanding to our needs.

I recently purchased a used 2018 Explorer. This is my favorite car and this vehicle has everything that I am looking for. Devin in sales is our favorite. He is always available and has the knowledge to help us make our decision. He is extremely approachable and has is very kind. Alysia in Service was amazing and attentive to our service needs. The service team has always been super friendly and ready to help. Even when I bring in my little doggie, they all give him attention as well!

F150 Purchase

Stopped by to see what was available in used late-model F150 SuperCab. Got a decent deal on a 2021 Platinum with less than 6K miles! All staff were pleasant to work with. Only sore spot, discovered truck doesn't have a front license plate bracket! Have one on order through parts dept.

My experience was wonderful and professional

I have had a great experience with Rob Myers as my sells person and the service that i received from Mike White Ford. Due to the chip issues i did have to wait 11 months to receive the Truck i ordered but, that was no fault of Mike White. Rob was always in contact through-out that time keeping me informed. If i had questions they were answered fast. I would buy my next car or truck with Mike White and for sure with Rob Myers.

Great people to deal with.

I took my diesel pickup in for my 8:30 A.M. appointment. I brought it in for a coolant flush and for them to replace the 2 batteries. Unfortunately it took until 4 P.M. for them to get the work done. It should have been done in 2-3 hours and we had made arrangements to stay in town until 1: 30 P.M. I had to call them to check on the status of my pickup and they said that it would be late afternoon before it was ready. We live in another town. We went home and had to go back later in the day to get the pickup. I understand that they are busy, but it should not have to be there all day when I had an appointment. I have had great experiences with them before and will continue to take my pickup to them for service and repairs. They are great people and very friendly.

The Team at Mike White Ford are very friendly, Tell you right up front prices (good or bad). Don't try to take advantage or gouge there customers.

I called Mike White Ford to check out prices for my 2017 Lariat, Joe answered all my questions with prices to check out & oil change. Also offered info to help me try to save money. We took it in for them to do the work. When we picked it up & got about a mile away my check engine light came back on. Went back and they told us they were very sorry and that they would take care of us & asked if we could leave the truck with them to take care of it. There are a lot of sensors on these so they are working on it now. At this time I give them 5 Stars. Thanks Keith J.

Disappointing visit

Waited a month to get in. Told them the issue when I called in, in April. I have a 2019 Ford Ranger. My AC blows cold on passenger side, but not cold on drivers side. Made arrangements to drop my truck off on May 25th. After dropping the truck off, getting shuttled to work, I got a call a few hours later that there was nothing they could do that day. Complete waste of my time. They had to order parts and make me a new appointment for July 28th??...so now I need to go through entire summer without AC? It should not take 3 months to remedy this issue. We have bought several vehicles with Mike White. Usually have great service. Not this time. Not to mention, a 2019 should not be having problems already.
