Jay is great and he helped a lot. Just not happy that y’all can’t find out why my tire keeps leaking air.

Great customer service!
This is a large facility, it's like a city. I have been driving Hyundai cars for many years. The customer service and sales reps are what has kept me coming back. I have shopped at other companies with comparable cars, but Hyundai has always beaten them hands down with pricing and willingness to sell you a car. This dealership has quick turnaround with vehicle service. They have great pricing and are very accommodating with payment flexibility. This dealership makes me feel at home. They are like old friends.

Jay was incredibly professional and accurate. He broke the experience down to the tee. He communicated very well and was truthful. I’ve had many terrible experiences at puente hills Hyundai but Jay Jussals customer service and professionalism gained my confidence back. He will definitely be the person I deal with now!

my come for oil change, car maintenance and find out the part for the recall of the car which I came more than a month ago.
I also did not receive any coupon for oil change or car maintenance

Not selling service that you don’t need
life is tough and to haveing a car is like having a kid you have to take care of him/her. so selling services that you don’t need or overcharge will make customers go for another dealer or even another vehicle brand.

Service with a smile
Because I work full-time, I have little time to take my car to be serviced. But, last Thursday, I just called last minute to have a service done. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that I could come in anytime. So, I aimed for 11:00 am.
When I did arrive, i got my car processed immediately. Jay was very pleasant and did his job with a smile.
