I received my scheduled maintenance service within the time frame given -- no upsale gimmicks and car was washed as well. Waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed some complimentary tea as well. It's a pleasure coming into Hyundai in Puente Hills.

Great service!
Excellent service by an attentive and friendly staff of service professionals. Tino and company helped make my visit a pleasant one and when my warranty service required extra days for diagnosis, a loaner car was arranged for me. Much appreciated. Another thing that is great about this Hyundai service department is that they never leave you hanging and always keep in touch to let you know what is going on and how much repairs/service will cost.

I have always have issue with my Dual transmission 2016 Tucson ( for almost two years )not resolve yet, But still hoping and praying they’ll come out of a solution.

Making the best of a bad situation!
Nobody actually enjoys having to take their car in for a major mechanical repair ...
but Javer (as he has always done in the past)... managed to remove ALL of the sting out of the process!
He had an extremely nice new loaner-car all set-up and ready to go when we arrived to drop off our car!
Somehow he managed to get our car fixed in less than a week (when 2-weeks was the estimated time needed)!
So the entire experience felt more like stopping by to visit some friends a couple of times ... instead of a trip to the dentist! ^_~
