Typical GREAT Service at Pohanka Hyundai
It was Saturday afternoon and I came in pretty late, like after 3pm. I asked if it was still possible to get an oil change; just an oil change. The answer was, "Yes, of course!" And that was it; I was out of there within the 90 minutes promised and back on my way to complete a very busy day.

As I have stated in the past, the location of this dealership is ideally located in a community with a substantial number of businesses for shopping, dining, or walking and sightseeing if desired.
Upon arrival at this dealership without an appointment, I was greeted by my service advisor Kristen Shannon who scheduled my car for a two hour completion service even at that late hour of the day. I informed her that I had arrived late with the intent to leave my car overnight and pick it up the following day, she said no problem and scheduled the correct maintenance service for my car. This dealership staff is professional, polite and dependable (almost military) in their communication with customers on the repairs needed for their cars and at a better repair cost than any other brand name dealership I have experienced. I would affirm that this dealership is one of the best in the country.
