Socially distanced waiting
The service I received was great. However, I needed to wait while my vehicle was serviced for 3 hours to resolve a recall issue. Your waiting area is set up for pre-coronavirus conditions. While sitting in that waiting area, a person can not control how close someone else comes. Unless you bring your own anti-bacterial spray or wipes, you cannot control the cleanliness of the surfaces where you are sitting or touching. Everyone is not required to wear a mask so the risks of catching COVID-19 are significantly increased while in your building. All your staff and employees do not wear masks when walking around and some employees wore their mask below their nose.

For these reasons, I chose to wait outside because I can control social distancing more and ensure maximum ventilation. I sat on the curb in the shade while teleworking and with a crossword puzzle. I still had to ensure I didn't let my hands touch the dirty ground. If there had been chairs with umbrellas for shade that are spaced out around your lot on the various medians, that would have been much better than sitting on the curb. I could have wiped down a chair and cleaned my hands. Finding a shady space to sit alone outside is a challenge if a person wants to feel more comfortable and attempt to control their own environment. Next time I need to wait while my vehicle is serviced, in addition to my mask, anti-bacterial wipes, water bottle, snack, and an extra battery for my electronics, I'll also bring my own beach chair with a built-in sunshade.

COVID-19 isn't going away anytime soon. It surprised me to see a company that is essential make so few modifications even after 5 months. There are no plexiglass screens in front of the service managers' or the cashiers desks. The doors to the building are not automated - an employee was utilized as a doorman to open the door for guests at the service entrance. I'm sure this employee could be used more effectively (for them and for you) within the business. Is utilizing this employee as a doorman more cost effective than installing a motion detecting door? I also noticed that a touchless door opening feature (either manual or automated) was not available at the front sales entrances once it got sufficiently hot out that the rocks were removed that were holding two of those doors open. Amid all the sub-par working and business conditions that I witnessed, I would like to think that this doorman could be used in an number of better ways while making long-term/permanent improvements to your company that support your staff and patrons.

I’ve been getting my car serviced at you guys shop for about 4 years now an the first time I didn’t really like it seemed rushed an didn’t feel like the attention I needed or wanted was paid to me but I gave it another chance. I met Kirsten from the service team an she provides the attention an makes me feel good about spending my large lump somes she’s really good to me an my famliy an I’m thankful for her I will be bringing my Santa Fe to her this weekend!

My service provider was very pleasant and professional. My only complaint is when I reiterated the cost for servicing my car and explain not to exceed my budget, I wish someone would have talked to me before completing work on my car that exceed that budget.
