What happened to my vehicle?!?!
I had originally went in for fuel system flush, and ended up getting that as well as transmission flush as part of the package that was offered. Well I’m not sure what happened but when the vehicle was returned to me it would not go past second gear. And NOW I need to buy a new transmission which cost $3600!!! There is no way possible I would drive a vehicle into the dealership in that condition and not let the service tech know that was the problem. I just needed the fuel system flush. Again, I don’t know what happened to my vehicle now it’s not driveable at no fault of mine. I will never bring my vehicle back to this facility ever again and I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Slow Service when it comes to repairs
I would usually give a good review but over time it seems like the service department has been getting worse. other than the advisors such as Kirsten & Will who are great at what they do the service to get your car repaired are terrible! If your just getting an oil change or something simple all is well, But if you need a diagnostic or a repair it takes them forever. They had my car for over a week and didn't even offer a loaner car and i had to figure out transportation for the time that they had my car. Seems to me they need to get more mechanics or loaner cars or even both

Had an issue with my vehicle after service was complete had some issues on the time of wait and customer service on arrival with my wait time went back to pick up my vehicle everything seemed to be fine then the issue popped up again went back and it was resolved then service light for oil wasn’t reset went back problem was handled right then and there customer service and the help was very acceptable and satisfied they apologized for the inconvenience very satisfied with there concerns I appreciated their concern and went above to make sure I was a happy customer thank you for the service

I dropped my car off to address a recall and was given an estimate time of 2.5 hours for completion, so I had someone pick me up but less than 45 minutes I received a call that the car was ready for pickup.

I initially called to schedule a service ahead of time. I was told I would be contacted early in the morning for my car to be picked up. On the day of service, I did not receive a call until around 10. My car was picked up between 11 and 12. I received a call that my car was finished and the service was explained. My car was returned. I went to drive my car that afternoon and started hearing a loud noise that was not there before. I received a text from my service agent asking my to complete a survey. I text back regarding the issue with my car. I have heard nothing back at all. I plan to go to the dealership to have it checked out. After paying over $600 for service, it seems like I should have received some type of response back from Kirsten.
